REF: Order ********** I purchased a couch on July ** for delivery on July ** and was finally able to cancel the order several days later after repeatedly trying to contact customer service. I finally got up at * am to call and was told the wait was ** minutes and ended up waiting ** minutes before I was able to speak to someone. I was told that the refund would take a couple of weeks and would be deposited back into my debit account. As of today that refund has not been made. I have tried repeatedly to contact customer service this past week by phone to find out where my refund is. I finally connected with someone and he said he had to transfer me and I have now been hold for an additional **min for a total of ** min.
