I’m writing to you hoping you can please find a resolution to my problem, since contacting your phone customer service has been of no help so far. I’ve ordered kitchen cabinets over a month ago, the delivery company XPO Logistics has constantly failed to deliver within their time frames, (they tell me later the truck was never loaded since the cabinets are missing) - which happens time after time - yet I’m still scheduled a time frame and miss work hours. Your costumer service line has told me to go to the store, I spent * hours of my day going there, and I'm made to believe the cabinets were re-ordered, yet I find out a week later they were never re-ordered and am back to square *. I have a contractor that’s charging me for the work delay, I can’t go back home since the renovation can’t be finished and this delay is costing me a lot of money no one is being liable for. *Its been extremely frustrating to have Ikea not accountable for any of this, as the argument is that XPO Logistics is a third party they don’t manage, yet XPO has no incentive to find a resolution to the problems and say it’s an Ikea issue. I’ve been lied to, pushed around and given no real solutions. I feel completely disrespected and taken advantage of, I’m currently pregnant and this level of continued stress has been completely unwanted. *I appeal to you to please take this case into your matters and push for a timely resolution and delivery of my cabinets.*order **********
