If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. You can always bring the item into the store too.

Dear IKEA, . **I am sending this email on the instructions received from your customer Service employee at your Richmond BC, IKEA*store. **My wife and I retired from the RCMP in ****, out of Yellowknife, NWT to Brentwood Bay, BC on Vancouver Island. Approx five years ago, we hired a professional contractor to do our major renovations. At my wife's request, our contractor installed (*) IKEA Under kitchen cabinet lights, that came with ** "G*, *** Im" **w Halogen bulbs.**After a time, the bulbs burned out, and a neighbour offered to pick up replacement bulbs at your Richmond BC, IKEA store since he was going to the Vancouver area. The folks at IKEA had advised my wife that they no longer stock the "G*, *** Im" **w Halogen bulbs* they had been replaced with the "G* RYET LED" bulbs. The replacement RYET bulbs are are far too large for our IKEA Under kitchen cabinet lights.**This situation leaves us with the six (*) IKEA Under kitchen cabinet lights, for which you folks have no bulbs that fit these six devices. Will IKEA take back these six (*) IKEA Under kitchen cabinet lights and refund our original cost?**I don't know of any other satisfactory resolution, and I await your advice*response.**Sincerely,**JRH (James) Scott
