I scheduled a delivery date of ******* then received a call that it will be rescheduled because of some issues. I rescheduled for Wednesday (delivery time frame *-*pm). Wednesday, *:** pm, no call. Contacted the delivery company, they told me I have to wait till *:**pm to call so they can contact the driver. Called back *pm, no one would contact the driver even after countless calls and long holds (**-* hour). They kept telling me that the order is out for delivery even after my last call at *:**pm. Contacted Ikea ****** and was told that the delivery company did not received the order and therefore couldn't have scheduled me for delivery, I explained that I received a call with day and time frame confirmation, she stated " strange". She told me that this time it is rescheduled for Tuesday as delivery company received my order today. ****** i received no call, contacted IKEA again was inform that I will receive a call in * hours about my order delivery , today is ****** and I did not receive any calls or emails.
