In late May (over a month ago), I purchased some furniture from IKEA and requested home delivery. According to IKEA, it was originally supposed to be delivered by the STI delivery company on June **. However, I never heard anything from STI, so I called them about two weeks ago, and they said that the order was departing Dallas and should be arriving at a location in Louisiana sometime by the end of the week, at which time STI would call and schedule a delivery time. I never heard from them after that, and it has been two weeks. So I called them again today, and they informed me that my order was "lost." It has been well over a month, and I really need my furniture. This is beyond ridiculous.
GetHuman866681 did not yet indicate what Ikea should do to make this right.
