Build my unit ... This is the second time I purchase cabinets from ikea, the first time was an entire kitchen that cost me four thousand dollars and all the necessary hardware was not put in the order, I made due with what I had and returned many other things. Yesterday I purchased a besta tv unit, the young woman helped me design how I wanted it with the drawers and the sindvick glass door, however once again there is misssing hardware. No hinges to attach the sindvick door to the besta tv unit. I like a little over an hour away and do not have the time to drive out there to pick something up your employees forgot to ensure was in my order. So now i have the fully assembled stand with the glass door set aside because the hinges were not on the parts list. I have the receipt with all the information on it. I am less than satisfied with this experience yet again, the phone number on your website (***-***-****) is non functioning, I searched the web for another number and there was a prerecorded message stating that there is a long wait, I should call between Tuesday or Thursday and then hung up on me with out having the option to just wait. So what I gather is that there is no customer service Friday through Monday. With all that being said, I need these hinges for my unit and feel I should not have to drive over an hour to that unorganized warehouse store and deal with those long lines. I know there is available shipping for a fee, however I should not be paying for your mistake.
That driving over an hour because the people that build the cabinets in the computer do not put all the components on the list.
I want the hardware sent to my home free of charge.
This is such a nonsense question. I have spent over five thousand dollars on cabinets. No attitude and no disruptions.
