The issue in GetHuman-meohara's own words

I was having power issues with my computer. As hotmail ALWAYS locks me out when I'm not on my computer and I CAN NEVER use my email when I'm not on my computer I decided to forward my hotmail to my SO MUCH MORE EASY gmail account. Sorry, but hotmail's security is TOTAL **** and once this issue is resolved and I can forward my mail. I'm dropping both of my hotmail accounts.*Anyway, during the forwarding process the same security questions came up. BTW, these are such clearly biased questions almost entirely based on if I buy your products or use Skype (shame, shame). So, now I'm locked out of both of my hotmail accounts AND of course I can't get back in because I don't used your extra products so can't fill in more information. SO, can you let me back into my account so that I can forward my message and then NEVER use hotmail again? This is clearly necessary and I should have done it years ago.
