I ordered a printer by phone from HP direct. I wanted a Deskjet **** printer like the one I had - and liked, which stopped working. I received a wireless printer with a scanner. There were no instructions as to operation. I was to download the HP app. I did. I did not find my model listed. It is a Deskjet **** All In One. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO TECH SKILL ABILITY. I want this printer OUT OF MY LIFE! I have been on the phone FOR HOURS SINCE YESTERDAY.
