Five months after purchase, my laptop would not power on anymore. Adapter cables checked and verified working. Contacted HP and after walking me through steps to try myself, still would not power on. Unit was then sent to HP for repair as it was still under warranty. After months of waiting, I received the unit unrepaired. I received an email stating they could not reach me. U never received a call nor email stating it could not be repaired. I'm just wanting to see what my next step is. I have a brand new laptop that I have only been able to use for * months before it died.
