If you are in need of a repair you will need to call HP. First, check your warranty to see if the HP is covered, if not, call in and you may need to pay for the item to be fixed.

I installed Apple's new OS Mojave **.** on my iMac. Since I installed Mojave I have not been able to scan files into my iMac. I have a HP Officejet Pro **** (* in *) printer. I can still fax, copy and print using the printer but I can't scan. The error message I get when I try to scan is "This workflow contains the action "Scan items from HP devices" which is provided by a third party. Third party actions must be explicity enabled". Does HP have a patch or a new driver I can install that would remedy this problem?
