Hi, The ScanJet Pro **** f* CN**AA**** (L**** *****) purchased by us vide Invoice dated ** Apr ** was meant for scanning documents for uploading to our e-office file management system. However, we could not successfully upload the documents scanned in pdf format from said scanner since it showed error "password protected pdf documents could not be uploaded" while we are able to open the pdf document without being asked for any password, we don't understand why it cannot be uploaded because of 'password protection'. Please help.
GetHuman-rokoc did not yet indicate what HP should do to make this right.
