Concerned Groupon Client - Denied Service on 12/27/20: On December 28, [redacted], I am submitting a complaint to Groupon against Susan Lee, Owner of Maui Spa & Sunday Spa in Whitestone Queens. Despite confirming my appointment by phone for a couple's massage on December 26, I was refused service on December 27. The staff member cited instructions from Susan Lee not to accept Groupons. After waiting until the appointment time expired, no resolution was reached with Susan Lee despite repeated attempts to contact her. She mentioned canceling the agreement with Groupon after our conversation on 12/26 at 11:40 am. I am seeking reimbursement for my $[redacted].00 Groupon purchase due to this situation. Hello, I purchased two Harley Davidson quad bikes on December 8th. The pink one arrived on the 11th but is not charging, so I need to return it. Unfortunately, the white one never arrived. On December 14th, [redacted], I received my order of earrings with order #[redacted]. I ordered the gold-look Egyptian earrings, but instead, I received a pair of plain gold-look hoop earrings. Immediately, I contacted Groupon and reached out on live chat. I lodged a complaint that was forwarded to SGS, the vendor. However, to date, I have not received any response on the resolution. I placed my order in good faith, assuming any issues would be resolved satisfactorily. I'm frustrated by the lack of communication and resolution from SGS, despite multiple emails prompting a response within 48 hours. I am seeking either the correct earrings that I ordered or a reimbursement/refund.

I have two Groupons expiring tomorrow, one for furnace cleaning and the other for outside window cleaning. The furnace cleaning merchant mentioned that they no longer work with Groupon due to payment issues. The window cleaning merchant's mailbox has been full for a week. I missed the refund deadline and now seek a full monetary refund, as the problems are caused by Groupon and the merchants. I purchased a Groupon on Jan 30, [redacted], for a Fireside Therapeutic Massage with Shannon for $85. Throughout the pandemic, Shannon assured me the Groupon would not expire due to Covid. Finally scheduled for November 24, during the 1st massage visit, I mentioned my repaired in-grown toenail to avoid and Shannon said we needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for Jan 12 but I left without a massage after being told to reschedule again. Shannon Lebal later emailed me on Dec 9 stating the appointment was cancelled, refunded my Groupon, and mentioned she's no longer available for massage. Unable to reach her at [redacted] or get a refund to PayPal. Seeking assistance to retrieve the $85, hoping for further communication over the phone. My contact number is [redacted]. I would like to report an issue with a Groupon purchase for Fireside Therapeutic Massage with Shannon made on Jan 30, [redacted]. The Groupon number is VS-L23T=75J5-VSZN-GSGJ with Barcode [redacted]3. Despite assurances from Shannon that the voucher would not expire due to the pandemic, I encountered difficulties scheduling appointments and finally had to reschedule to Nov 24. However, the appointment did not go smoothly as Shannon mentioned we had to reschedule again due to a minor issue I disclosed. After another failed attempt on Jan 12, Shannon canceled the appointment on Dec 9 and claimed to have refunded the Groupon, but I have not received the refund in my PayPal account. I am requesting a refund for my order. The company's website indicates you need 8 sessions for the treatment to be effective, so I purchased three packages of three sessions each. The expiration date I received is in April, and the sessions are supposed to be 8 weeks apart according to their website, but the company refuses to honor it. Unfortunately, I lost my job due to the coronavirus today and cannot afford to lose this money as store credit. This situation is very disappointing considering the significant amount of money spent, especially knowing that 8 sessions are required for results. The representative I spoke with was unhelpful, and I no longer feel comfortable patronizing this business. I am hoping for a resolution and a refund. I ordered a Swan Gatsby set of 3, including a microwave, kettle, and toaster. I have only received the microwave so far. I am disappointed and concerned about the missing items. Hello. I purchased a voucher with order number [redacted]55 for my Mum, but due to Covid, she hasn't felt comfortable dining out. The voucher expires tomorrow, and I was hoping it could be extended like other Groupons. Is there any way to extend the expiry date or receive Groupon credit for future use? Thank you.

After inadvertently clicking on a Groupon popup for photo accessories, I received an email confirming an order for items I did not intend to purchase - a digital thermometer and two sets of 70 photo cards totaling $67.99. The confirmation number for this order is #1[redacted]76-[redacted]. Despite my efforts to seek support on the Groupon website, I only encountered advertisements. I struggled to find a way to reach a live person or initiate a chat. A phone number I found led me to the merchant line instead of Groupon customer service. The email address provided for support also led to an error page. The support experience has been incredibly frustrating due to the lack of assistance available. I want to clarify that I did not intentionally place the mentioned order and do not wish to proceed with it, but resolving this issue has proved to be nearly impossible. Ray J. and I purchased Groupon vouchers for a trip to Vietnam and Cambodia scheduled from April 13, [redacted], to May 5, [redacted]. Due to Covid-19, we are unable to travel. We have contacted Hanlong Tours multiple times regarding a refund, but they state the vouchers have been activated and offer only an extension. I would like a refund for my Groupon purchase. The company I bought it from was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They ignored all my attempts to contact them through text, email, and phone calls. I made three trips to their location to schedule and adjust an appointment, only to find them absent when I arrived. I urgently need to update the bank account for my Groupon $1 monthly payment. I provided the necessary information to transfer the debit from my closed SunTrust bank account to a new account. I purchased a Groupon deal for USA Vein Clinics for sclerotherapy injections, which expired on February 28, [redacted]. I bought a Parker pen on December 17, and I have not yet received it. The order codes are 586v63aqre and 6eqmr54469. This pen was a gift, and I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. I have reached out to the pen outlet but have not received a response. The pen cost £13.99, and this experience has made me hesitant to purchase anything more expensive from Groupon in the future. The payment was deducted on the same day, and it was mentioned that delivery could take up to ten days.

Hello everyone, I'm Dawn Ledger and I recently bought a coupon. I used a Visa gift card with a balance of $51 for the purchase, intending to cover the remaining $20 with another credit card. The transaction seemed to go through, but my Groupon status shows it as pending. Since the total payment needed was $71 and only $51 was deducted from the gift card, I now need to pay the outstanding $20. How can I add this amount to ensure the coupon is processed without any pending status so I can use it?
