Last year I purchased a Hello Fresh Groupon voucher for two weeks of three meals for two. I didn't remember to use it until * days before the full value was to expire. Unfortunately, Groupon was having problems with your website at that time and I only got "sorry, our website is down, please try again" responses. Despite MANY attempts over the three days, I was never able to access my voucher. When I finally reached Groupon's customer service and requested a **-hour extension, you were unable to do that but you did issue a refund.* I reordered the next time I saw the same offer on Groupon and this time I made a note of the order number and expiration date. * When I went on your website to access my voucher, only the older *expired and refunded* one shows. * My order * is ****-******-****** with an expiration date of July *, ****. Please advise me how to proceed .* Thank you for your help.
