I submitted 20 VHS and Super8 family tapes for conversion to disc on March 1st, [redacted], using two Groupons purchased in the summer of [redacted]. Despite reaching out multiple times to Memories on Media and even involving Groupon and the BBB in South Carolina, I only received 10 tapes back in January of this year. Today, I noticed my Groupon is no longer listed as active, and I am devastated as these tapes hold precious memories of my children growing up. Initially, the Groupon status indicated "in progress," but now I am uncertain of the tapes' whereabouts. I am desperate to retrieve them, converted or not. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. I need to verify my bank account due to unauthorized charges that were not refunded, affecting my ability to stay in college and possibly leading to homelessness. I simply want the refunds to be processed promptly so that I can afford to continue my education, obtain my license, and purchase a vehicle. I did not authorize multiple charges by Groupon or Barbers Driving School, jeopardizing my college fund. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.

I purchased a Groupon for Custom Pet Bobbles on December 8, [redacted]. I redeemed it the same day and got an order confirmation with a standard production and shipping time of 6-8 weeks. It's been almost 9 weeks now, and I haven't received any updates. I couldn't find a phone number for Custom Pet Bobbles, but I did find their email. I purchased a Groupon for a massage for my husband, but when he tried to schedule an appointment, we struggled to find a working phone number. Eventually, we were able to contact them via text, and he booked an appointment for today, 2/7/[redacted], at 9:00. Despite receiving an email confirmation, when he arrived at the location, no one was there, and they were unresponsive via phone or text. We later found out they don't open until 10:00. This experience was very disappointing, and we are now seeking a refund.

Hello! I bought the VisArts cocktails and canvas for two on Wednesday for $51 with my Visa credit card. Unfortunately, my bank replaced my old card due to a security issue at Wawa, where I had used it. As a result, my purchase is not going through with the canceled Visa card. I've been trying to update the payment information to my debit card, but the system is still attempting to process the transaction with the old Visa card. I would appreciate help in switching the payment method to my new card. Thank you.

I talked to a representative yesterday regarding two orders. One package arrived with torn and soiled packaging. The representative said they would contact the vendor to discuss a refund. The second problem involves a massage I bought as a gift for my daughter but was unable to schedule despite multiple tries. I was informed the purchase could be converted into a trade-in credit, but I got an email saying I missed the timeframe (less than 24 hours) and received a voucher for the same therapist instead, which is unsatisfactory. I need clarification as I was not given a specific time frame for the trade-in. I checked the app consistently yesterday, and the trade-in amount was never shown.

I arrived at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas, but they did not have a reservation for me even though I showed them the reservation code on my Groupon app. I ended up staying with a friend at another hotel. Please refund all payments and credits to my account as soon as possible. I purchased a Comfy for my granddaughters, but the one I received today is not the correct item, it's an imitation. I also ordered another one, but now I don't want either. I can't find my unused Groupons on the site. I got a message saying my PayPal was rejected, but I checked and it seems fine and I never received any notification from you. The item I bought is now out of stock. Did you lock my account? I'm frustrated and too old for this. It shouldn't take me over an hour to write this when a quick call could resolve it. I want a refund for the wrong item and to cancel the order that didn't go through. I attempted calling, but no success. I need access to see my purchases. I purchased three Groupon coupons from various restaurants - Ricko's, Einstein Bagels, and La Fiesta Mexican Grill - with an expiration date of 2/7/[redacted]. Each $20 coupon was bought for $10, and I had used one of them. However, when I tried to redeem the remaining coupons today on the 7th, I found out that all of them were already expired. I am puzzled as to why they expired on the same day as the expiration date printed on them. I am now out of $30 due to this issue. I eagerly await clarification on why this happened.

I have made numerous Groupon purchases using my email address [redacted] Unfortunately, I am unable to access that account after getting a new phone in January. Despite attempts to recover my password, I was unable to gain access as Gmail couldn't verify my identity. Subsequently, I created a new email address, [redacted], and am seeking to transfer my purchases to this new account. Most of my purchases are now past their expiry date due to the time spent trying to resolve this issue. I am willing to provide any necessary personal information to confirm my identity. I purchased a voucher on 05/02/20 for products from Mrs. Fields Bakery in Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, QLD. When I opened the Take Away items, I found 1 uncooked biscuit, 1 unappetizing Brownie, a Sausage Roll, and an inedible Almond Croissant. I returned the items the next day and was asked to wait for the manager, who did not address the issue effectively. This lack of resolution was disappointing for a customer. Yesterday at 10 a.m., I purchased a Valvoline oil change for $21.99 on Groupon as a guest before creating an account. Unfortunately, I didn't save the confirmation number as I moved away from the page. Although I have not received a confirmation email (I might have entered the wrong email address), I confirmed the payment went through my bank account to Groupon. Despite contacting Customer Service four times and providing all my debit card details, the problem remains unresolved.

I am requesting a refund as my surf lesson on February 5th at 8am was not honored. On arrival, there was no staff present, and when I called after waiting for an hour, a woman informed me that no lessons were scheduled that day. Despite having a voucher, she was dismissive and claimed I should have called earlier. This experience was unsatisfactory, her customer service was extremely poor. She blamed me for the lack of service despite my purchase of the lesson in November.

I purchased 3 pairs of jeggings, but my order never arrived. I am on a fixed income and only had $53 left after paying bills last month, $30 of which I spent on the jeggings. I contacted Groupon through GetHuman, but haven't received any resolution. It's frustrating not being able to speak with someone, and I feel like I've been scammed out of my money. Amazon has been reliable for me for 3 years, but Groupon has been disappointing. I need a refund on my card if I can't speak with someone soon. The jeggings were for my wife's upcoming birthday, and it seems she won't have a gift for the first time in 13 years due to this issue. I'm very upset and disappointed with Groupon's disorganization. Order #1[redacted] was partially successful. The fleece leggings were received and the payment of $14.83 was correct. However, there are issues with the Alexandra & Vincent hair salon and Monogram Hub items. The status shows "REFUNDED," but $30.12 was charged by Groupon and the refund was not received for these products. I kindly request the prompt refund of $30.12 for the undelivered items. I accidentally ordered two duvets on November 26, [redacted]. Each duvet costs $40.66, so the total was $81.12. I used the return label sent via email and posted both duvets in the middle of December. I still haven't received the credit for the returned parcel with the two duvets. Hello, I recently received an email titled "Groupon Updates Butlins Head Office" regarding my Butlins Groupon vouchers. The email provided updated dates the vouchers will be valid for. Although I have already booked a date and received confirmation, the email did not mention my booked date. I logged into my account to check for options to change the date, but my original date was still available, so I selected it again. I need clarification on whether my initially booked date is still valid or if I need to reschedule based on the new dates listed in the email. I purchased a coupon for Southern Pressure Washing using my Discover card on December 15, [redacted]. They have failed to show up for the scheduled appointments twice despite waiting at home. They do not respond to phone calls and have no voicemail set up. Contacted them via Facebook messenger for an estimate of their arrival time, but received no response. They mentioned considering a discount due to no-shows, blamed phone issues and weather, but did not follow through. When asked if they would complete the work, they did not respond. Requested a refund. I have reported this to Discover card for investigation and will file a complaint with the Florida Department of Consumer Affairs. It seems they are not providing services after receiving payments. Groupon should stop promoting this business. Numerous negative reviews highlight similar issues. I have tried contacting customer support through chat and email without any response. I expect to hear from someone regarding this matter. I am disappointed with the lack of resolution and the suggestion to pay for another service to address this problem. This needs to be rectified as it's unfair to pay twice for services not delivered.
