I signed up for Groupon plus to receive a **% off my first item, when prompted at checkout discount was applied and I was happy to pay what price was on final checkout total. Looking at bank statement today and referring back to emailed receipt I no longer have the **% off the item but I'm still a Groupon plus? I wouldn't have purchased the item if it wasn't for the smoke and mirrors from Groupon to join plus and receive **% off any item. it seems they literally removed discount and still charged me without me reviewing the invoice without the discount. If this is the case I'd like to stop my Groupon account and cancel my Groupon plus as well. If the **% off is a rebate style discount and I will be reimbursed half of the collected amount then that is okay but it be nice to have that information before going through the whole purchase process.

GetHuman-lrhodge did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
