Hello, I recently spent 45 minutes detailing issues with 2 vouchers I bought. After the information vanished, I will now provide a brief summary. Voucher 1 - Broadway Skincare: I tried booking an appointment but was instructed to seek a refund since the location I bought for was no longer valid. Voucher 2 - 3D eyelash beauty: I was declined an appointment due to a prior groupon purchase at a different location. After reviewing the merchant's website that stated Thursday hours, I purchased a Groupon but found out she didn't actually have Thursday hours when trying to schedule. I rearranged my schedule to book an appointment on Wednesday, only for her not to show up Thursday morning. She mentioned booking for another day, but I don't feel confident in her reliability. I cannot cancel on my patients on days she's actually open, as she doesn't operate on Thursdays like her website claims. It's frustrating to not receive a refund as she stated she couldn't offer one.

Yesterday, on October 14, [redacted], I scheduled a carpet cleaning service through Storm Air Care and Carpet Services, an affiliate of yours. The frustration of trying to reach you via phone and email has led to a significant increase in my blood pressure. I am considering involving a lawyer now, especially because I have documentation from my doctor and nurse regarding the impact of this situation on my health. I purchased a 1-hour massage from "Creative Growth Massage Center" and attempted to schedule my appointment using the provided instructions. However, the only contact information given was a phone number, [redacted], which initially went unanswered until someone eventually texted me a few days later to set up the appointment. Despite not knowing if the person was male or female, they requested the voucher number from Groupon to book my massage. After receiving confirmation for the following week, they suddenly canceled on the day of the appointment due to illness. This pattern continued with multiple cancellations and rescheduling attempts, leaving me with an unused voucher. I tried to trade it in on Groupon, but I'm unable to do so because the voucher has been "viewed" even though it was never redeemed. Now, I am seeking a refund or the option to trade it in for a different service.

I originally paid $92 for a Groupon photo facial. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of the limitation of using a Groupon at that specific facility more than once. Aqua Laser informed me that I could gift it, so I gave it to my daughter-in-law. However, she was unable to use it due to sun exposure. Because of a recent leg surgery, I am immobile and cannot use the Groupon for something else right now. I am requesting a refund or to have the $92 credited to my account for future use. Perhaps an extension could be possible. The Groupon number is 1[redacted]05-[redacted]. This is my first experience with Groupon, and I hope for a positive resolution so I can continue using the service in the future.

Hello. I purchased a 2-hour pamper package voucher for The Face and Beauty Wimbledon. I had an appointment booked for October 6th at 10:30 am, but received a cancellation text one hour prior. Upon calling, the provider cited clinic issues and agreed to reschedule for October 8th, requesting my details again via email. Despite this, I did not hear back until October 9th. She then informed me she couldn't honor the booking due to being fully booked. I requested a refund. Upon checking my Groupon account, it falsely indicates that the voucher was utilized. Hello, I purchased a hair service Groupon that was misleading. The store required me to buy the Groupon online before my appointment despite my request to speak to someone first. I specified I wanted a full balayage and was assured the Groupon would apply. Upon arrival, I was told the actual cost would be double the voucher amount. I'm feeling frustrated because I've never had any issues before, and now my email responses are being blocked. I purchased 2 bottles of perfume on October 2nd, and it's supposed to be dispatched within 2 days, but when I track the order, it just shows as ordered with no further updates. Additionally, I ordered a spa package for my son and daughter-in-law, which was supposed to be sent directly to her email, but it says the email is invalid, even though it's used daily. The money has been deducted from my account, but the items haven't been dispatched, causing inconvenience. I'm also having difficulty redeeming a coupon for the spa as clicking on the Groupon or spa ticket isn't working. These are gifts, and I'm upset about the situation. Hi. I bought two Groupon deals for Printerpix magic mugs on June 11, [redacted]. After receiving two incorrect orders, I've been in dispute with Printerpix since the end of June. Now, I've had to involve my credit card company to contest the orders. Printerpix suggested I contact you for a refund on the two coupons priced at $35.00 each, totaling $70. Good morning, I recently purchased a Sandinrayh gaming chair and initially, I was satisfied. However, I soon noticed unevenness and realized it was defective. The back of the chair continuously popped and snapped plastic when I sat in it. Despite being within the weight limit, the chair did not hold up as expected. I believe Groupon should provide a direct way to contact their customer service team either through email or a direct line to speak to an employee. Recently, I encountered an issue with a deal I purchased that was cancelled by the company Visibly, and when I tried to reach out for assistance, I was informed that Groupon no longer offers email support. It was frustrating to have to use a third-party site named Resolve just to get a response. Subsequently, my Groupon account was even deactivated. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received a resolution or the $20 refund I am owed. I value using Groupon but the lack of direct communication channels is disappointing.

I would like a credit refund for two coupons purchased from Belle Spa in Slidell. Despite attempting to schedule appointments for my partner and me, we have only been offered availability in mid-November for one person at different times due to limited staff. Contacting them multiple times has only resulted in being told to book weeks in advance with the same outcome each time. The manager now states my coupons have expired, and I am supposed to receive a refund.
