Hello!**I have * orders that need attention. The first is from Broadway Skin Care for a full set of eyelash extensions. I called the company to book an appointment but they said that the Rancho Cucamonga location in my area had been closed down and no longer in business. They informed me that they had requested for Groupon to remove the location to prevent inaccurate purchases and to contact to Groupon for a refund. Because the Groupon was set to expire soon I decided to wait it out and utilize the trade in offer once expired. I saw the trade in offer yesterday and the day before but I didn't have access to the internet so I went to redeem it today and it was too late. If possible, I would like to request a refund or trade in the voucher for something different.**The second voucher I would like to request a refund or trade-in for is for very similar reasons. I purchased a groupon for *D Eyelash Beauty and I called to book an appnt and the establishment told me that I had previously purchased a groupon for their company at a different location and that they would not a honor another groupon for any other location, that their groupons were one time deals. I said that I was unaware that I purchased a groupon with their company before and that Groupon is usually pretty good about flagging you when you are not eligible or if you have reached a limitation and they said there was nothing they would do to accommodate nor would they would not make any exceptions and that I should contact groupon for a refund or remedy. I emailed groupon regarding the situation but I never received a response. I still have the email in my outgoing box if you need it. I would really appreciate if these two vouchers could be mended. **Thank you,*Jessica
