I called FTD and they apologized and informed the florist did not pick up, and asked if I can have the flowers deliver the following day. (**-**) They offered an upgrade due to being inconvenienced. I agrred.**Be advised, the flowers did not arrive today, as agreed. I called FTD to ask the reason and they could not provide me with one, they just apologized again, and stated it could be delivered the next day. I did not agree, informed them of their terrible service, unacceptable and unprofessional. I then requested a full refund. FTD informed me to complete my refund, I need to contact Groupon, as well.
