Hi, I am contacting you about an issue I'm having with my Groupon * subscription. I tried to cancel my subscription * months ago but keep getting charged the *.**. I saw that I got charged last month after trying to cancel and went into my Groupon app and thought for sure I had canceled it. Today when I went into my bank account I saw that I was charged again $*.**. I tried calling Groupon but on the phone I am told that through the app I can speak with somebody, which I have done before. For some reason I cannot do it through the app anymore. Super frustrating. I have not used my Groupon plus membership for a while now and definitely don't have the *. ** to give you guys when I don't even want it. I'm hoping that this can be resolved by me getting my money back for both of the last two months when I had canceled. Thank you in advance for any help.
