The total cost of the "deal" significantly exceeded the individual retail prices when compared. Each event's price online, even when selecting the three most expensive options, would have been much lower than the tour pass cost. I have verified this with current pricing from the vendors and entertainment providers involved. I won't be using this pass, as it does not save any money and actually costs about $60 more than the three most expensive activities on the list. It's disappointing to see such deceptive pricing tactics used in this offer. I won't be reporting this to the BBB. I'm expecting a prompt refund of nearly $[redacted] back to my PayPal account. I will also be reaching out to PayPal regarding this matter. Thank you, T. Duke.

I am requesting a refund or credit for my order number [redacted]. We tried to redeem this Groupon twice during the summer, but the business was closed both times. Recently, we visited again but found a notice on the door stating they had closed for the season after Labor Day, a fact not mentioned on their website. Their closure has made it impossible to use the Groupon before its expiration date on September 24, [redacted]. I have a history of frequent purchases on your site, and this experience has been disappointing. Assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

On Monday, September 23, [redacted], at 8:00 AM, I bought a Groupon voucher for $19 for a 2-hour bowling session at the Gulf Gate AMF center in Sarasota, FL. The order number was #[redacted]. However, I noticed that the redemption location on the printed coupon is listed as an AMF in Roanoke, VA, which is about [redacted] miles away. I do not plan to use this coupon and would like Groupon to refund my credit card. There is no live phone assistance available, and the online help directs me to the unresponsive phone support. Can anyone offer assistance with this issue?

On September 22, [redacted], I visited SkyZone at the Blaine, MN location on [redacted] Northtown Drive in Minneapolis, MN, [redacted]. I attempted to use a Groupon for two people at $17.50 for a 60-minute jump. The cashier, Esraa W, redeemed the Groupon but I received a message from Groupon saying it could take up to two hours to receive the coupon. The cashier tried again with assistance from another staff member, but it didn't work, so I ended up paying the full price at SkyZone. Today, I found out that I was charged twice, $17.50 each time. I contacted SkyZone at [redacted], and they advised me to reach out to Groupon for a refund as they couldn't process it themselves. I am asking Groupon to reverse the two charges.

Hello, I recently purchased two adult tickets with a meal for the Davies Locker three-quarter day fishing trip. Unfortunately, when I tried to redeem my voucher online, it disappeared and showed as already redeemed. I didn't manage to access the second one, but now both are showing as redeemed. I just spoke with Davies Locker, and they are fully booked for this Saturday, which is my son's birthday. I would like to cancel both vouchers and transfer the funds to a different offer. Jill at Davies Locker mentioned she is available to discuss this matter with you if necessary. Your help with this issue would be highly valued.

1. My name is Lorretta (Laurie) S. 2. I tried to redeem a Groupon that expires on Sept. 23 recently. 3. This Groupon is for two bracelets from Novadad. 4. After seeing the high postage cost for the two bracelets, I decided to redeem a different one. 5. I believe it would be more practical to combine the redemption of the first set of two bracelets expiring in September with the second Groupon for the November-expiring bracelets in one order. 6. I am interested in finding out if it's possible to merge both deals into a single shipment to save on shipping charges.

I purchased a massage for my daughter's birthday using my debit card. My sister-in-law informed me that the payment was charged to my mother-in-law's Discover card. Upon reflection, I remembered I had previously used the Discover card, belonging to my sister-in-law, to purchase tickets for a sunset cruise via Groupon. Despite providing my debit card details for the massage transaction, it seems the outdated Discover card was still linked to my account. I kindly request that the charges be refunded to my mother-in-law's card and switched to my debit card as intended. Moreover, the amount charged differed from what was agreed upon, requiring clarification. Please contact me promptly for resolution. I can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you, Donna F.

Hello, I'm reaching out because I purchased a Groupon for a home cleaning service in Stapleton, CO. However, upon trying to redeem it, I discovered that the company does not actually service that area. I would appreciate a prompt refund for this purchase. The redemption code for the Groupon is CFKJZAZB. The service I bought was "Hygeia Maid - Basic House Cleaning for Kitchen, Living Area, Two Bedrooms, and Two Bathrooms for House Up to 1,[redacted] Square Feet." The voucher's value never expires, but the promotional value expires on January 20, [redacted]. I can be reached at [redacted], and my name is Ali H. I kindly request that the amount of $52.00 be refunded to my card, as this situation constitutes false advertising through the Groupon website. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Best, Ali

I bought a 60-minute massage as a gift for my aunt at CBQ Health and Wellness Clinic in Richmond Hill, ON, on August 24, [redacted]. When she tried to use the gift, the spa informed her they don't accept Groupon vouchers due to a company policy that was not disclosed during my purchase. They then made my aunt pay in cash at their full price, without giving her a receipt. I checked my Groupon account to cancel the purchase, but it shows as "redeemed." CBQ Health and Wellness Clinic should not be taking double payments. Could you assist in resolving this issue and getting me a refund of $38.00 CAD for the massage? Looking forward to your reply.

I scheduled a massage appointment at the end of August. Despite trying to confirm it, I couldn't reach anyone. Later, after receiving an extension, we agreed on a session for September 18th at 3 PM in Carlsbad. Despite arriving early, no one showed up for my massage. They apologized, admitting they forgot our appointment. I was informed that my refund would be processed through Groupon. My contact number is [redacted]. My name is Jo Ann Pynes and my order number is [redacted]. I'm looking forward to a prompt resolution.

I recently ordered an HP 15.6 touchscreen laptop on September 22 using Groupon bucks that expired the next day. Despite receiving an email about a failed credit card on September 23, I ended up with two laptop orders due to ordering again with a different card. Both orders reflected the Groupon bucks applied, but I couldn't cancel them before they processed, resulting in the loss of my $[redacted].00 Groupon bucks when they expired. One laptop showed as "not available" and the other as "pending" in the app, and attempts to cancel them yielded errors. On September 24, both laptops were processed, even though I was told one wouldn't due to a credit card issue. I am disappointed with the complications and hoping for reimbursement of the Groupon bucks. Screenshots available. Order numbers: #[redacted] and #[redacted]. Thank you, M. Moody.

Hello, I placed an order for an HP 15.6 touchscreen laptop on September 22 using $[redacted].00 Groupon bucks set to expire on September 23. Initially, my Groupon bucks were applied successfully, but on the morning of September 23, I received an email stating my credit card had failed. I followed the link to update my card, which led me to reorder the laptop with a different card. Despite both orders showing the Groupon bucks applied, I encountered an issue where I ended up with two orders in "my stuff" - one marked "not available" and the other "pending." Attempts to cancel either order resulted in errors, and by September 24, my Groupon bucks had expired, leading to both orders being processed without the Groupon bucks applied, as previously shown. I am frustrated with the Groupon app's handling of this situation and am requesting reimbursement of the $[redacted].00 Groupon bucks. I have documented the events with screenshots and evidence of the $[redacted].00 being utilized and then disappearing. I appreciate your prompt assistance. Thank you, McCall Moody.

I bought two tickets, totaling four, for a Southern Bell lunch cruise on September 21, [redacted], each at $78. When we arrived, we were told we couldn't get lunch because we purchased through Groupon. The staff expressed dissatisfaction with Groupon customers. Disappointed and confused, we then had to buy additional tickets from the boat for $72 each for four people. It's confusing why they advertise on Groupon if they aren't supportive of it. It feels misleading, and I seek a refund for the original $78 x 2 tickets. I've attempted to contact them through various messages and calls but have yet to receive a response.

I gifted a Groupon for a massage to my friend, Lisa, on her 60th birthday. She had an appointment scheduled with the merchant today at 12:30 PM but the merchant did not show up. Lisa drove 1.5 hours for this service that was not provided. When she contacted the merchant, she was met with rudeness and was told she had the date wrong, which she did not. Despite confirming the appointment twice, the merchant showed no willingness to address the issue and even mentioned not caring about a bad review. I am looking to get a refund for the $34.00 paid for the Groupon and will have to find an alternative business. Thank you, William Monty.

I received a Groupon for an eyelash extension set. After calling to book, I was informed that the purchased option was for cluster lashes, which I was advised could be uncomfortable and would need to be removed and replaced each time. The staff member suggested upgrading to individual mink lashes for an extra $35, emphasizing that I wouldn't like the cluster lashes. I felt pressured to spend more and upgrade, despite having previously worn cluster lashes that were filled every two weeks. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. It seems misleading to offer a service the staff themselves do not recommend. I am dissatisfied with the customer service and no longer wish to use the Groupon. I would appreciate a refund for the purchaser.

I have been struggling to schedule a massage appointment with therapists on Groupon. The first therapist never returned my calls after three attempts in a week, and the second had a full mailbox, making it challenging to reach her. When I finally connected with her, she was not accommodating and had limited availability for Groupon customers, leaving me with a 6-week wait for an appointment. After booking for Nov 1, I realized I would be out of town and needed to reschedule, but her phone mailbox was full again, adding to the frustration. I find the process of selecting a therapist blindly, pre-purchasing the massage, and facing long wait times unacceptable. The lack of prompt access to customer support by phone or the need to communicate solely through email is also inconvenient. I hope to receive my massage soon and conclude my experience with Groupon due to these ongoing issues.

On Tuesday, September 24th, I checked the website to retrieve my voucher number for the Gateway Clipper boat cruise I booked on September 19th. I was unexpectedly charged for two additional tickets by Groupon, which I did not intend to purchase. I am upset about the $28.00 charge as I was only looking for the voucher number for my original ticket. I am unfamiliar with Groupon's process and found the website confusing, especially since I am a senior. I need assistance to have the $28.00 refunded promptly to my credit card. I only purchased one ticket and cannot afford the additional charges. I require confirmation via email once the refund has been processed. Thank you. - Carol J. Wynrib, [redacted]. Hello, I appreciate the refund, but I actually bought the item for $59.49, not $69.99. This amount was clearly displayed on the screen when I made the purchase, and I believe this is the correct refund amount. I forgot to enter the 20% discount code initially, but I applied it during a second purchase. Unfortunately, my credit card statement shows a charge of $69.99, which is incorrect. The total should be $47.59 ($59.49 - 20% discount) for the second purchase. Kindly check your records and verify the correct amount of $59.49 with the discount applied. I should only be charged $47.59, so please adjust my credit card accordingly promptly. Thank you for your assistance. - R. B., PhD

I had a bad experience with an oil change service purchased on Groupon. I took both of my cars to this mechanic who turned out to be dishonest. He not only lied about my car issues but also tried to upsell me. Despite the Groupon stating it covers most cars, I have a Prius that needed synthetic oil not included in the deal. I ended up having to pay out of pocket. When I brought in my wife's Ford Escape months later, the mechanic falsely claimed it needed more oil than it actually does. I feel deceived and disappointed with the service. I hope for a refund as soon as possible.
