I'm reaching out for the fourth or fifth time regarding my concern. I paid $35 for a Sam's Club voucher that is not working. Despite my efforts, Sam's Club refuses to honor it, and I have been unsuccessful in redeeming it online. I have visited the store twice, only to be turned away and told negative things about Groupon. I am not interested in credit; I demand a refund for the Sam's Club purchase that was not fulfilled. I have requested callbacks, but no one has reached out to me. To whom it may concern, I am following up on my recent flower order placed at 7:04 pm totaling $15. Unfortunately, I did not receive the confirmation email necessary to proceed with the florist. Due to the urgency of the situation being for a funeral, I had to proceed with the order without it. I kindly request a refund for the amount paid. I used the name Nerlande Bourdeau and signed in as a guest. Additionally, I did not receive an email for resetting my password. I am incredibly frustrated by the complexity of the refund process. I attempted to purchase a Costco membership but was unsure if the transaction went through after receiving an email. Subsequently, I unknowingly ordered another membership. I kindly request that both memberships be cancelled promptly. This whole ordeal has been time-consuming, and I find it challenging to navigate through it all on the computer. It is disheartening to see how convoluted even a simple inquiry has become. I have already contacted my bank, and they mentioned they would not approve both transactions if two memberships were indeed purchased.

I am visiting Miami for my 50th birthday in October. My family accidentally purchased Millionaire's Row tickets on Groupon instead of the Island Queens Miami Dance Cruise tickets. I need help exchanging the extra Millionaire's Row tickets for the dance cruise tickets as we intended. I manage the excursions, and this mix-up has caused confusion. I used my Big Belly vouchers at Coburg last night and was disappointed. The information didn't mention it was a set menu, making me believe I could choose dishes. The drink options were limited too, and my son couldn't even get a coke. We faced delays, communication issues with staff, and the manager brought out dishes without asking, claiming they were suitable for our allergies. The food was barely edible, and it ruined my birthday. We had to go to another restaurant to have a decent meal. This experience has me reconsidering the use of Groupon, and I plan to share our ordeal on social media.

I have a hotel room booked for later this month, but I can no longer make it. Initially, I was told by a customer service agent that refunds were not allowed, but they advised me to reach out to see if an exception could be made. I have since contacted the hotel directly and received written confirmation via email that they are willing to issue a refund. However, since I booked through Groupon, I've been informed that the refund needs to be processed by your team. I have submitted multiple refund requests to Groupon regarding two vouchers for Cosmetika. I have not received any communication or refund despite being told someone would contact me within 24 hours. Cosmetika is no longer accepting vouchers and informed me that Groupon was supposed to issue full refunds. The lack of response from customer service is making me reconsider future purchases with Groupon. I am requesting a full refund to be credited back to the same card used for the purchase. Thank you.

I waited and went to Toronto, only to face the same issue at the Aquarium. Despite trying to call various numbers found on Google, there was no response. I bought $50 worth of tickets for Rowdy Bear Coasters in Gatlinburg, Tennessee on Sunday morning. It's been over 24 hours, and I'm now home on Tuesday, the 8th, without receiving anything in my email. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication. It's been challenging to get in touch with a real person from your company. I urgently need a refund as I'm not wealthy, and I only tried to use your service. I visited Adrenaline City in Lubbock, TX, recently with my all-access pass but unfortunately, the Laser Gun section was closed. The staff at the front desk had no information as they primarily manage the gym area, not Adrenaline City itself. The management I spoke to also couldn't provide a solution, as the system had been down for a while. The jumping area was chaotic with young children, some even doing homework, making the experience less enjoyable. It was disappointing to have driven 1.5 hours for an unsatisfactory visit. I am seeking a refund for my experience. Thank you.

I am trying to buy a Canadian deal for a haircut in Canada. However, every time I try to make the purchase, it asks for a US postal code. I only have a Canadian postal code, as I am using a Canadian MasterCard and live in Canada. Additionally, it says my email is not registered and is asking me to sign up again. I have been a Groupon member for five years. Please assist me quickly as my promo code is expiring in 12 hours. I really want to purchase the discounted haircut deal at Vaughn Mills. I am having difficulty accessing a service I purchased from Groupon. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, I have been unable to speak with a representative to address this issue. Instead, I have been directed to review other customers' concerns, which did not offer a solution to my problem. When I finally connected with a support agent via chat, I was asked to provide my credit card information, which I find unacceptable. As a loyal Groupon customer, I am disappointed with the level of customer service I have experienced today. I apologize for my frustration, but the time and effort I have spent trying to resolve this matter have left me feeling unsatisfied with Groupon's customer support.

On July 25, [redacted], Groupon charged $35.00 from my account for a Sam's Club discount card. However, my voucher had expired. I was unable to retrieve my card at Sam's Club as it was not working there either. I just want my refund and would like to add an additional $5 to get my Sam's Club card. Hello, I've attempted to contact RD Laser Skin Solutions multiple times by phone. After managing to schedule an appointment via text, I needed to reschedule but have not received a response to calls or texts. Upon checking my Groupon, it shows the offer as redeemed even though I haven't viewed it nor received the service. Contacting their facility has been very challenging. I have contacted Groupon three times and I am still waiting on my refund. I purchased the Cincinnati Inquirer deal for $49 in February and have not received the paper or my refund yet. I purchased two duvet sets for my granddaughters in the Hey Birdie print, but I received the Seagull Multi design instead. I prefer not to go through the hassle of returning them, especially since I lack printing capabilities for labels. I would appreciate it if you could simply send me the correct Hey Birdie duvet covers and allow me to keep the Seagull Multi sets as a goodwill gesture. Thank you.

Last summer, I purchased a Groupon for $[redacted].00 for 90-day treatments of once-a-week laser hair removal sessions, with today being my final treatment. Recently, on Sunday, 10-6-[redacted], the same treatments were offered on Groupon again. The fine print mentioned one per person, except as a gift, which I believed applied to a new time frame for the treatments. Upon presenting my newly purchased Groupon at my appointment today, I was informed by the employee that this was not allowed as stated in the fine print. I expressed my disagreement, suggesting the need for clearer terms like "one group of treatments per year" or "one Groupon treatment every five years" to avoid confusion. The employee advised me to seek a refund from Groupon as they couldn't reimburse me on the spot. The purchase number for 10/6/[redacted] is 1[redacted]39-[redacted]. Dear Groupon team, I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always been pleased with my purchases. However, I recently had a disappointing experience. I bought a Groupon for a keratin treatment at Bellatair Salon (Groupon #[redacted]5). When I called to schedule before the expiration date (9/16), I was informed I had to wait until October 10th due to not booking a haircut as well, which was not specified on their website. Despite explaining my work constraints and being assured of a 9 am appointment, I was informed last minute on Monday that it was moved to noon, causing me to miss work hours.
