I was browsing online and came across Captain John’s whale watching tour on Groupon advertised for $96 for four adults. I bought the tickets, but upon arrival, I was informed they were for a different cruise in a different town, not the one advertised on Groupon for Captain John’s whale watching tours in Plymouth, Massachusetts. I am very disappointed with this error. I request a refund from Groupon. I wish I had the opportunity to speak with a customer service representative to clarify this situation further.

I bought a Groupon for Spray Tanning at ZOOM TAN in Ft. Myers, FL, planning to use it on 10/5 at 10:00 AM. However, I couldn't find parking due to a neighboring restaurant's training session causing chaos in the parking lot. I returned later, but it was too late in the day to get the tan I needed for an evening event. My voucher expires today, and I'd like an extension due to these unforeseen circumstances. I, Laiza M., bought a Groupon (Order LG-VZP2-N4SR-M375-R6N5) for a 60-Minute Couples Massage for Two at Largo Healing Hands & Spa. Unfortunately, they kept rescheduling my mother and stepfather's appointment multiple times. After the 4th rescheduling attempt, the receptionist stated that the Groupon couldn't be used. It was a gift for their birthdays, but they couldn't use it at all. The Groupon remains unredeemed and unused. I'm upset and seeking a refund promptly. The total cost of the Groupon was $79.00.

I recently contacted Groupon support regarding an issue I had when attempting to reach them. A phone number appeared on the screen, which I thought was Groupon's contact, but it turned out to be a scam. They convinced me to buy Game Stop gaming cards to supposedly address a security concern with my Groupon account. I suspect they are continuing to target others. I would appreciate a call to delve deeper into this matter. My interactions were with a woman named Daria T from Groupon's online support team.

My name is Angela D. and I placed Order # GG-CP64-5TNY-2G17-M9S1 for Item # [redacted]34, the Hot Chocolate Lovers Variety Pack Sampler K Cup Sampler 50. However, upon opening the box, it was infested with ants. Some of the K cups were damaged, and the remaining ones were covered in hot chocolate powder and ants, which also spread to my kitchen counter. I disposed of the entire box due to this issue. I've bought this product multiple times without any problems before. I am not interested in a replacement due to this experience and would appreciate a refund instead. Thank you.

Last month, I ordered three dress suits; however, only two were delivered. The tracking number indicates that all items were delivered, but the dark gray, two-button suit in size 46 (jacket) x 40 (pants waist) is missing. The missing suit is associated with shipment #[redacted]. I await resolution from Groupon regarding the delivery discrepancy. Thank you for your assistance.

I bought a Groupon for a one-year digital subscription to the Cincinnati Enquirer in early August. After activating as instructed, I got a bill from the Enquirer for the same amount I paid Groupon. I contacted Groupon through live chat and they said they fixed it. The Enquirer then sent a bill for twice the amount. I've tried live-chatting with Groupon multiple times but the email responses ask for more details. When I reply, they say the email is no longer valid. I just want my digital newspaper subscription!

I contacted Groupon last week via email regarding my experience at Ideal Wellness for hair removal. Upon arrival for my scheduled appointment, the place appeared dirty, and they were not open as the door was locked. I am requesting a refund as I do not wish to return. This is the first time I have asked for a refund as I have always been satisfied with my Groupon purchases in the past. The service I received was unacceptable. I recently tried to book an appointment at the salon 'Alex's Salon' and came across a Groupon deal when searching online. I mistakenly purchased the Groupon without realizing it was for a different salon in San Diego, not the one I intended to visit in Santa Barbara. Although the salons are unrelated and just happen to share the same name, this mix-up occurred when I searched for the Santa Barbara location. I bought a health check voucher on September 15th. I believed I had filled out the submission form correctly after receiving the confirmation email. However, when I didn't get any results, I reached out to the company and discovered they never received my submission. On July 13, [redacted], I bought two Air Conditioning Re-Gas vouchers for my vehicles totaling £79.98. Unfortunately, I couldn't use one as the ATS Service Centre mechanic discovered a fault with the unit. They did not honor the voucher and assured me a refund, which is yet to be received. On July 13th, I bought 2 vouchers for an Air Conditioning Re-gas for my vehicles using PayPal. I have returned the unopened box that I received via FedEx to Postage Plus in Shamokin, PA [redacted], who simply marked it with a big "R." Unfortunately, there was no FedEx data attached to the box. I bought a Groupon for a massage with Christine Carr in Venice, FL. I've had many massages before, but this one was awful. It felt too fast and too rough. It was not like any massage I've experienced. After 10 minutes, I stopped her and explained that I was not satisfied with her technique. She didn't offer any alternatives and I ended the massage. She didn't apologize and mentioned it was neuromuscular. I'm asking for a refund. I've been using Groupons since [redacted] and I'm quite disappointed by this experience.

I purchased a Groupon, but when I click on "view voucher," it appears blank. I cannot access the service I ordered because the voucher won't display on my computer for printing, and I don't own a cell phone to try accessing it that way. This issue hasn't occurred with previous Groupons, leading me to think there might be a problem with this specific one. I need it to be visible in order to redeem it, or receive a refund if necessary.

On October 5, I purchased coupon no: [redacted]4 for iPhone 6 screen repair at a discounted price of $53, compared to the usual $70. The coupon was linked to my Groupon account, paid using my Discover card. On October 7, I visited Cellairis at Water Tower Place, Chicago ([redacted] N Michigan Ave, 7th floor) to redeem the coupon but was denied by the merchant. He mentioned not honoring Groupon coupons. I am seeking a refund or cancellation of the charge from Groupon and my credit card to resolve this matter.

I recently bought a $60 Costco Gold Membership. When I tried to redeem my voucher and sign up, I was informed they only accept Visa cards, and my Mastercard was not accepted. I am not interested in obtaining another credit card at the moment. Due to this issue, I decided not to enroll in the membership on 09/27/[redacted]. I received an email from Groupon informing me that I was automatically signed up for Groupon Select, a paid membership at $5 per month. I did not authorize this subscription and was unaware of what Groupon Select even entailed. Despite my efforts to cancel this membership on their website, I found no option to do so. Groupon offers a service where you can submit your concerns along with your contact number for a callback. I utilized this service, but unfortunately, they did not reach out to me as promised. I have sent an email outlining my situation and am awaiting a response within 24 hours. However, given my past experiences with Groupon's customer service, I am skeptical that I will receive a satisfactory resolution.

Today at 4:30 pm, I had an appointment for a Brazilian Blowout that I purchased on Groupon for $[redacted] at Hair and Nails by Rachel. Unfortunately, there was a blackout after my hair was washed, and the power will not be back on at [redacted] Colorado Blvd. until 8 pm. Since Rachel couldn't complete the service without power, I need to reschedule. I am unsure when the rescheduled appointment will be, so I am requesting a full refund to my card ending in [redacted].
