Dear Groupok, I have been a loyal customer but recently had a disappointing experience with three Groupon deals that I would like refunded promptly. The first was for Highlights hair salon professional. They refused to do highlights, claiming they were not qualified professionals as advertised on Groupon. The second issue is with a whitening service that has been unresponsive despite numerous attempts to contact them for an appointment I purchased for my birthday on August 10th. Lastly, a chiropractor deal turned out to be misleading as it required additional fees for services not included in the initial voucher. This has left me feeling scammed and frustrated. I am still experiencing the same issue. Could you kindly update my zip code to [redacted], please? I have attempted to change my zip code multiple times over the years, but I keep receiving deals for St. Louis instead. I do not reside in or near St. Louis; I live in Raleigh, NC. Kindly rectify this issue or deactivate my account permanently, as I have no interest in purchasing deals for St. Louis. Who even goes to St. Louis, right? LOL.

I discovered that I inadvertently created two Groupon accounts, one linked to my personal email and the other to my previous work email. I purchased a Groupon for my daughter's Christmas gift, an online sign language class. After contacting support to have the voucher transferred to my personal email account, I was assured it would be handled. However, my daughter attempted to access the voucher multiple times before its expiration in February, but it never appeared. Despite following up with your team, the transfer never occurred. We recently found the voucher under the expired tab today from February. I kindly request a new voucher for another class to be added to my account for my daughter. She is eager to take this course to supplement her studies in American Sign Language at high school.

Hello, I would like to share my recent experience with Vada Spa. I purchased a haircut coupon and called twice in advance to schedule my appointment without being informed about any additional charges. Upon arrival, I was told I had to pay an extra $20 due to having "long hair." This unexpected charge, plus tax and tip, amounted to double what I paid for the coupon. I expressed my disagreement to Vanessa, who was unhelpful and suggested cutting my hair shorter to avoid the extra fee. Despite explaining that my hair is medium length, not long or thick, no compromise was reached. They even marked my coupon as redeemed without providing any service. Feeling mistreated and facing rudeness, I left without being serviced. I am seeking a full refund as I traveled far and was not informed of the extra cost when booking. Thank you.

Upon reaching out to Groupon support, your agents suggested I could get a refund for both purchases. I requested the refund for my orders. I am Leslie HARRIS. I purchased 2 sets of "Redskins" car pillows, but was only charged for 1 set initially. However, I noticed multiple charges amounting to $30.73 each in my bank statement instead of the correct total of $[redacted]. I don't have an account with your company and called my bank to investigate. Despite this, there were unauthorized charges processed. After reaching out, I was informed that there was no record of my order or account. I used Groupon for the transaction. I am now seeking information on the whereabouts of my order, the refund process, and clarification on the location of my money within your company.

Hello, I'm Jessica F. I bought a Groupon for a waterfall rappelling outdoor activity earlier this summer. Unfortunately, the trip got canceled due to fallen trees blocking the trail. I have a voucher for Keystone Equine Entertainment and Training in Thomasville, NC for a riding lesson. I've tried calling and emailing to schedule, but no one has responded. I checked their calendar online and noticed the instructor is unavailable for most of August and September. I bought a Groupon for a haircut and double process hair color at Brooks & Co Salon. When I called to schedule my appointment, I explained that I purchased the $49.50 deal and needed to change my light pink hair back to light brown with a long bob cut. The salon staff mentioned they expected a full-price tip, which I found unprofessional but planned to tip well regardless. We scheduled my appointment for today, but last night I received a text asking about my services again. After confirming, I was informed they couldn't accommodate me and suggested I get a refund. It was disappointing to learn the night before that they couldn't honor my appointment. This experience left me feeling frustrated with their lack of professionalism and customer service.

I bought a Groupon for a microblading session at Brow Bandit. The voucher is expiring soon, and I've tried to schedule an appointment with no luck. The address seems to be a vacant property, and I have not received any responses to my messages. I printed out the voucher and am looking for assistance from Groupon Customer Service to resolve this situation. I hope to receive a Groupon credit as I believe there might be some fraudulent activity involved.

I purchased a Groupon for Tremont Havana Cafe, but my credit card wasn't approved. When I tried with a new card, it accidentally purchased one for Castle Hill Havana Cafe instead. I went out to eat assuming I had the Tremont Groupon, but was surprised to find out it was for Castle Hill. I had bought one for Tremont and two for Castle Hill. I would like credit as I have always frequented Tremont Havana Cafe. I ended up paying full price unintentionally. I trust you will address this for me as a loyal Groupon customer. I attempted to purchase 2 roundtrip bus tickets to Woodbury Outlets via Groupon 2 days ago. Using my Facebook account, [redacted], I provided my Visa card details. After receiving the message "We are processing your order ... no need to do anything else!", I waited a day due to the time difference between Korea and the USA. However, with no updates, I attempted the purchase again the next day. Today, upon trying to check my order status, I found myself unable to sign in to Groupon with my Facebook account. I removed Groupon's access from Facebook, then signed up with my email. Strangely, even the newly created account couldn't log in, displaying "Something failed. Please try again in a few minutes." I am concerned about potential duplicate payments if my orders went through unnoticed. I seek assistance in accessing my account, identifying any duplicate purchases, and canceling them. Hello, I bought two Hop on Hop Off bus Groupon vouchers for a recent trip to LA, but there was an issue. When we tried to use them, they claimed we only purchased one and wouldn't let us on the tour. Despite showing them the Groupon confirmation proving the purchase of two tickets, they were rude and did not honor the Groupon. The experience was unpleasant. Since I no longer need the Groupon, could I please get a refund/credit of the $50.00 spent for nothing? Hello! I purchased two Groupons for massages but had issues with my bank during the transaction. After contacting an agent, they helped process the payment successfully. I scheduled an appointment for today only to find out the Groupon can't be used at the location I chose. I need assistance obtaining a new code for the Naperville branch so I can use it today for my sister's 30th birthday. This purchase has been unexpectedly troublesome, and I am unable to trade in the voucher as I already showed it to the salon. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I bought TWO vouchers for the Hop on Hop Off Bus in LA for my vacation on July 16, [redacted]. Despite showing the attendant my confirmation of payment for two tickets, we were told we only purchased ONE ticket and were denied boarding, which was disappointing and unsettling. I booked the Chicago River Architecture Tour for 3 people at 3:30 pm with Wendella Chicago River Tour. At the gate, we could not download the voucher as it directed us to a page saying "Groupon is temporarily unavailable." We were unable to board because we were not in the system or able to access the official voucher. The Groupon code provided was TP-9FZB-KBKG-FW96-LBPL. As the time has passed 3:30 pm, the voucher is still unavailable. We ended up purchasing directly through Wendella but would like a refund from Groupon as we couldn't receive the tickets we purchased. I recently bought a Groupon voucher for three laser lipo treatments with Skinny Beam. Today, my initial consultation with the doctor did not go well at all. Not only did he fail to listen to my preferences, but he also body shamed me. During the consultation, he spent about twenty minutes trying to convince me to buy his $[redacted] supplement plan by insulting me. Towards the end, he even made a comment about my weight and attractiveness, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I do not feel comfortable going back for the remaining treatments. I would like a refund or an alternative voucher for a similar service that focuses more on overall health rather than fat-shaming.

I signed up for a Groupon account to take advantage of a great deal for access to a 5-star hotel swimming pool in the UAE. I successfully purchased the deal, but when I tried to log in to print the voucher, it kept saying my password was incorrect. After requesting a password reset, I received an email saying there was no account associated with my email address, even though I have an email confirming my order in the same inbox. Unfortunately, Groupon's customer service is closed for the day, and I need assistance in retrieving the voucher or contacting Groupon.
