I recently bought a Groupon for a Desert Belle Narration Tour at Saguaro Lake in Arizona. The instructions on the voucher directed me to enter the voucher code in the "Apply a gift card" field, but it didn't work. I had to use the "Add a promo code or discount code" field instead to apply the credit and proceed with booking. I thought I should share this so the instructions can be revised to avoid frustration for others who might face the same issue. Thank you.

I received a Groupon for 3 massages at Massage Heights, Allen as a Mother's Day gift from my daughter, to be used by September 5th. Due to a recent move, I only discovered the Groupon this week packed away. When I tried to redeem it, I was informed I couldn't use it as I'd used a Groupon there in the last six months, which I overlooked. Despite booking the massages before the expiration date, I was later told over the phone that I couldn't receive the discounted rate. I felt unjustly accused of trying to exploit the system. Although I offered to use the money towards another service post-expiration, the staff was unyielding. The experience left me feeling demeaned and unwilling to return. I simply request a refund or redirection of the funds for a different Groupon. This incident has soured my outlook on gifting Groupons. I hope for a resolution as this has been a disheartening experience for me.

Hello, I have two Groupons for nail services that I purchased before knowing I would be moving to SC. I have been unable to schedule appointments at both salons. Faces Plus Salon is redirecting customers to another salon instead of honoring the Groupon, and the salon they refer to does not accept the Groupon for returning customers. At Maya's Salon, my work schedule has conflicted with their availability, and I have not been able to secure an appointment due to prior commitments or their fully booked schedule. I am interested in exploring refund options or alternative uses for these Groupons, such as gifting them or exchanging them for other services. I hope to find a solution as I do not want to lose the value of the Groupons. Thank you for your assistance. P.S. I signed up for Sam's Club through Groupon and was promised freebies upon activation. However, I was not informed that these freebies had to be redeemed within 30 days. I missed out on approximately $40 worth of free items. I would like my freebies to be reinstated on my Sam's Club Card, get a $40 Sam's Gift Card, or receive a $45 refund. On July 27th, I visited Groupon to retrieve my duct cleaning voucher that I had purchased earlier. Surprisingly, it wasn't in my orders. As I searched for help, I ended up purchasing another service from a different vendor. To my dismay, I was charged for two services when I only intended to buy one. Shortly after, my original purchase reappeared on the Groupon site. I promptly tried to cancel the extra order and reach out to Groupon customer service but to no avail. Despite my repeated attempts, I faced challenges in getting a resolution due to website glitches and lack of human contact. As my bill arrived, I made another effort to resolve the issue without success. Today, being a Saturday, I find it challenging to reach them via phone. I hope for a prompt and effective response to help me sort out this $[redacted].00 matter.

I used a Groupon voucher at Econo Lodge in Somers Point, NJ last night and had an awful experience. My order number was #1[redacted]58-[redacted] for one night on 8/23/19. The sheets felt wet and smelled like urine, with the bed pad and mattress being soaked. Despite finding a blanket, the room still smelled of urine and smoke, making sleeping impossible. The manager, Zee, acknowledged the issue and offered a full refund. I am frustrated with this situation and would like someone from Groupon to contact me urgently, as I cannot reach a representative. I purchased two vouchers from Groupon for two large specialty pizzas each from Papa John's in Yucca Valley, CA. Upon arrival, the staff explained I needed to order online. After trying to redeem the first voucher online, it disappeared and I was still charged $44 with no pizza. The second voucher is expiring today, but the code provided is not working on the Papa John's website. I also purchased three Buca di Beppo vouchers for $60 which are set to expire soon. The location I wanted to visit in Northstar, CA was no longer available, and the nearest one is now too far. I am requesting a refund or a 6-month extension for these vouchers. I have been a loyal Groupon customer and hope to have these issues resolved promptly.

Today, I had a filler treatment at Mints on Lincoln Ave. I have used Restylne under my eyes in the past with good results. Previously, one syringe was enough for under my eyes and smile lines. This time, upon mentioning my Groupon, I was informed that one syringe wouldn't suffice and that I needed to purchase an additional one for $[redacted]. Feeling pressured, I decided to buy it. However, upon comparing before and after photos, I see no noticeable change. I am disappointed that I spent close to $[redacted] and see no difference in my appearance. I bought a Groupon for a couples massage at Star Sunny Spa & Sauna in Pallisades Park, NJ on 8/23. After calling to confirm they would accept it, I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival, they were confused about the Groupon and insisted on cash payment. I need a refund for this purchase. I believe Groupon should remove this spa from their website due to false advertising. Their insistence on cash only and refusal to allow us to speak with a manager made me uncomfortable. I am disappointed with my visit and seek a resolution from Groupon.

I am in need of assistance from Groupon customer service. I have been trying to obtain return labels for multiple items but have not received any response despite reaching out multiple times. I am frustrated because Amazon never gives me trouble with returns. After purchasing one item, I was charged $[redacted].62 for two sets when I only bought one set. Due to this issue, I have cancelled my credit card to prevent further unauthorized charges. I purchased multiple golf Groupons for my husband. He used one a few weeks ago through the app on his phone. When he attempted to use a second one yesterday, he discovered that the golf course accidentally redeemed the wrong Groupon from his phone (he handed it to the employee to redeem). The course he visited shows as redeemed in the app, while the one he didn't go to is missing. We contacted the course, but they claim they cannot assist. He tried to reach out to Groupon without success. Our integrity is being doubted, which is frustrating. The Groupon for the correct golf course was for $26 for two people, but the one redeemed by mistake was over $83 per person. This mistake has cost us money and left us unsure of what to do next. Groupon helps us save money, and this situation has had the opposite effect.

I purchased lash extensions for myself and a haircut and blow dry for my sister from the same business for a wedding this coming Saturday. When I attempted to make an appointment, I found out the owner is on vacation until August 29th and is fully booked until mid-September. I was surprised as I expected the business to have multiple employees available. Due to the urgency, I had to purchase lash extensions from another shop. I kindly request a refund for the services I purchased at Posh Hair and Nail Lounge as I had to go elsewhere. Thank you, D.B.

I am experiencing an issue with the package update for a diamond ring I purchased via the Groupon app on Sunday, August 18. I received an email the next day indicating that my order was preparing to ship and would arrive by Tuesday, August 27. However, I have not received any further updates since the 19th. I recently made a purchase on Groupon for 3 phones but did not receive any confirmation emails for my order. This is unusual as I always received confirmation emails in the past. The day after my purchase I was unexpectedly logged out of my Groupon account. When I tried to log back in using my usual email, I was notified that something was incorrect. Upon attempting to reset my password, I received an email stating that the email was not associated with my account, which is inaccurate as I have used that email for my Groupon account. I have evidence of my previous orders and now I am unable to log in or receive confirmation of my recent purchase. If this issue cannot be resolved, I request a refund. This morning, I had my car's air conditioning recharged at ATS in Chester. Upon picking up my car, I was informed that the gas was refilled and an antibacterial treatment was done, but unfortunately, the air conditioning still wasn't working. Another garage found that ATS had only put in 450ml of gas instead of the correct 525ml, causing low gas pressure. I had to pay an extra £65 for the recheck and recharge at the other garage. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from ATS. How do I go about getting a refund? Should I reach out to ATS directly or to Groupon since it was a deal through them? Hello! I purchased a spa day Groupon voucher in February and have been trying to book it for September. However, the spa needs the security number from the voucher, and I can't seem to locate it. Could you please email me a new voucher with the security number so I can complete my booking? I bought this voucher as a birthday gift for a friend, and we both rearranged our schedules for this day. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't schedule me in when I first called. I was under the impression I could provide the security code upon arrival. There is no barcode on the voucher, and my order number is [redacted]43. I had a Groupon for a permanent cosmetic procedure, and despite rescheduling a few times due to various reasons from the provider, I am now concerned they may not show up for my appointment again today. I have tried to confirm with them but have not received any response. At this point, I would prefer a refund over rescheduling as I have lost confidence in their reliability. Thank you.

I have recently used two different pest control services in the past two months. The first company, "First Class Pest Control," refused service stating I was out of their service area, which I believe I am within. They did offer to still come out if I booked directly through them instead of Groupon. The service was priced at $69.00. After contacting Groupon for help, I purchased a second service from "Team Pest USA" for $49.00, but they did not honor the Groupon. I am now seeking a refund for the total of both Groupon purchases, which is $[redacted].00. I hope we can resolve this issue as I have been a loyal Groupon user, but if not, I will have to stop using the app in the future.

My son purchased a Miss Belmar fishing trip Groupon for Father's Day as a gift for his dad. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts to make reservations, we have been told that there are no "groupon spaces" available on the boat. Last week, we were informed that we could buy regular tickets online, which we did to ensure we could still go. However, the Groupon certificate will expire in early September and will go unused. It has been disappointing that Miss Belmar couldn't accommodate us over the summer. We hope Groupon can resolve this by refunding the money, as the Groupon amount couldn't even be applied to the tickets we bought recently. I hope for a positive resolution.
