I signed up for Groupon but made a mistake in my email address. It should be [redacted] Due to this error, I can't access my Groupon account or receive any offers, including those for the Sam’s Club membership I purchased. I only noticed the mistake when I didn't receive any emails. The redemption code for the Sam’s Club membership is LG-KGT9-H13M-BPM2-5XFB, and I'm unsure how it ended up in my correct email. When I try to log in to Groupon to fix my email, it doesn't recognize the address with the typo. I need my email corrected and would appreciate having any offers for the Sam’s Club membership resent, as I missed out on them. Although I went to Sam’s Club to get my membership card, they were out of stock, so I only have a member number: #[redacted][redacted]. I just realized I missed out on the emailed offers, which expire on 8/30.

I purchased an eyelash extension package from Fresh Face Society at [redacted] Florida Street Suite [redacted] in Huntington Beach, California. I scheduled an appointment for the upcoming Monday, but due to my daughter needing help with my grandson, I had to cancel and reschedule. Despite my attempts via phone and email to explain the situation and cancel, I was still charged for a missed appointment. I have contacted Groupon and Fresh Face multiple times, but have not received any assistance. I was charged $59.00 by both Groupon and Fresh Face, totaling $[redacted].00 for a service I did not receive. If this is not resolved promptly, I will have to involve my bank, which will lead to further inconvenience in waiting for a new bank card. The situation has been a nightmare to deal with.

Hello, my name is Yoceline. I've been a loyal Groupon member for quite some time now, but I recently had a disappointing experience with a hotel booking. The room I stayed in had many damages, including a leaking AC in the bedroom. Despite notifying the management team, they were unresponsive until it was too late to change rooms. The noise from the AC made it impossible to sleep, especially in the scorching Indo Desert heat of over [redacted] degrees. The hotel promised a full refund, but it has been two weeks, and I have yet to see any changes to my account. When I called today, they mentioned they reached out to Groupon as the third party to process the refund, but I am still waiting for the resolution.

Hello, my name is Moira Kelly, and I am reaching out from the Creating Hope Foundation. I have purchased two vouchers for a double-decker bus tour for up to 6 people, which are set to expire on August 31, [redacted]. I've been wanting to use these vouchers for the children in my care in Melbourne, who are either undergoing surgery or are homeless. Unfortunately, the weather has not been cooperating on the weekends. This weekend, I will be traveling with a girl from Pakistan who needs treatment at the Children's Hospital in Paris due to a rare condition not treatable in Melbourne. We will be back in Australia late September. I kindly request an extension on these vouchers to take the children on the bus tour when we return. I have spoken to the bus company, and they suggested I contact you for assistance with extending the vouchers. The security codes and Groupon codes for the vouchers are provided below. I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer. You can learn more about the work we do at the Moira Kelly Creating Hope Foundation website. Thank you for your consideration. Warm regards, Moira Kelly AO Founder/Patron MKCHF Recipient of the Victorian of the Year in [redacted]

On August 27, [redacted], I accidentally purchased one vial of Kybella at Noud Facial Plastic Surgery for $[redacted] instead of Juvederm XC or Ultra XC Juvederm. I promptly canceled the Kybella and was supposed to receive Groupon Bucks for the equivalent amount. Later, I ordered Juvederm at Noud Facial Plastic Surgery for $[redacted].25 with a Groupon Select membership (after a 25% discount). However, I was billed $[redacted] instead of $[redacted].25. I don't want to be charged again for Kybella, and I want the Kybella refund of $[redacted].25 and the remaining $[redacted].75 as Groupon Bucks. I was already charged $[redacted] on my credit card. My preference is to reverse that charge and only be billed $[redacted].25. I hope this can be corrected promptly. I've been a loyal Groupon customer and would appreciate assistance with this issue.

Hello, Unfortunately, due to Hurricane Dorian, my family and I had to cancel our trip to Florida this weekend. We had purchased four Groupons for various places which included: 1. The Meatball Stoppe (Transaction ID: #LG-39PT-WFHP-F94B-FHTB) - $32 before discount 2. Calypso Bar and Grill (Transaction ID: #LG-X5NG-CVHR-KB7V-L1NN) - $38.00 before discount 3. Kyngs Grille (Transaction ID: #LG-Y1F2-YB67-WVPH-1LTZ) - $94 before discount 4. Good Natured River Tours (Transaction ID: #LG-2CBS-7L13-7LFW-BFSK) - $88 before discount I understand that typically you offer credit back, but given the circumstances and my long-standing loyalty as a customer, I am kindly requesting a refund of $[redacted] (before discounts) instead. Having this amount tied up as credit would not be practical for me since I may not be traveling for a while and there are no Groupon deals available locally. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in this matter. Sincerely, Carol A. Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted]

I recently bought a Groupon for Window Genie, only to find out they can't honor it as I'm out of their service area. When I reached out for support, I learned that viewing the voucher meant I couldn't get a refund or transfer. I didn't realize this, I was just trying to get help for my problem. Can you refund the amount I paid for the Groupon back to my account, please?

Good afternoon, I am looking into an issue concerning a couple, Kevin and Jennifer Brassard, who made Groupon purchases totaling $1,[redacted] and $[redacted].00 each. Unfortunately, when they try to view the details, the window doesn't open, showing an error message instead of the certificate numbers. These Groupons were bought on 5/15/19 and are valid until July [redacted]. Kevin and Jennifer suspect fraud and are requesting refunds. I am Joanne Mohammed, the Manager of Fraud Operations at Partners Federal Credit Union, assisting with this matter. They've shared the Groupon emails with me. If more details are needed, please let me know. Thank you.

Hello! I'm Jennie Morgan. I purchased a Groupon Coupon for Dream Body San Diego priced at $[redacted], but unfortunately, the company has closed down. I am unable to reach out to them to resolve this issue and I am seeking a refund for the unused coupon. As the phone line listed for Dream Body San Diego is disconnected, I am concerned about how to proceed. I would appreciate either a refund of $[redacted] or a credit to my Groupon account for future purchases due to the unavailability of the service. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter as this was a significant purchase for me.

I need a return label for an order my mother-in-law placed. She is over 70 years old and accidentally ordered multiple times. There is no option to edit or cancel the order on Groupon once it is submitted. I can't get a hold of an actual person when calling the customer service phone number. All I want is a return label emailed to me so I can return the items for my mother-in-law. It's bad enough they let the order process when it was 5 of the same exact item and same exact size - quantity of 5. Really? That should have stopped the order right there. She never received any emails at all, but they sure took the money real quick. $[redacted] for something that was approximately $40 with shipping. Seriously? I just want a return label and a refund for the 4 extra items. It shouldn't be this painful!

I recently purchased a Groupon for 2 massages at a local establishment, thinking it was for a couples massage. My boyfriend used his card to buy it, and we were disappointed to learn that it's actually for 2 separate massages with one therapist at different times. While I understand the return period has passed, we were hoping to use the credit for a different massage experience for our upcoming anniversary this week. I've been a loyal Groupon customer and have generally been satisfied with my purchases. I'm not looking for a full refund, just wondering if it's possible to transfer the credit to a different massage Groupon. Thank you for considering my request.

I recently placed an order for an item on either Tuesday or Wednesday. I accidentally ordered two items and was charged $59.74. I promptly cancelled the extra item through a live chat with an agent Ibelieve was Josh. He assured me the order was cancelled, but the charge of $59.74 is still showing on my bank statement. I need confirmation that the cancellation was processed and that I will receive a credit for the $59.74 charged. I apologize for not having the order number as I misplaced it while at work. The item I ordered was Eternity perfume, which seemed to be sold out with a mention of musk. Please confirm the status of my order. Thank you. Marilyn Hubert

I've been trying all day to place an order on Groupon using a different credit card, but it kept saying the card was invalid. My husband and I checked multiple times. I wanted to buy the Samsung Galaxy 8 plus smartphone for $[redacted].00 but the system wouldn't accept my promo code even after changing to another credit card. The rejected card had no balance issues. I had to use a card without rewards. I'm frustrated that Groupon didn't address my concerns on chat like they used to. I've been avoiding ordering because Groupon still owes me over $97.00 from over a year ago. I would appreciate talking to someone to resolve this so I can shop again, especially since I really want the Samsung 8 plus. Please assist me. The situation is very frustrating.

Before purchasing a Groupon and scheduling an appointment with Ocean Blue Medical Massage and Spa, I spoke with the owner to discuss a prenatal massage. She assured me that the massage therapist she booked me with was trained and skilled in prenatal massage. However, my experience upon arriving was disappointing. The office was uncomfortably hot, especially for a pregnant woman, and the therapist requested that I lie on my back on a flat table, which is not safe for a pregnant woman. I chose not to proceed with the massage and left the appointment. I am now requesting a refund as I did not receive any service and felt it was unsafe. For any inquiries, please reach out to the business owner, Barbara. Thank you.

I purchased a Groupon for Kerri's Nails assuming there were no restrictions on scheduling, but I have encountered numerous difficulties trying to book an appointment. After multiple unreturned calls and texts, I struggled to secure a slot only to be asked to reschedule last minute. Feeling frustrated by the lack of professionalism and unexpected changes, I reached out to confirm the details, only to be met with a request to come in earlier. This has caused inconvenience as I had already made arrangements. Since the Groupon did not mention any limitations on availability, I am seeking a refund due to the unsatisfactory experience with scheduling at Kerri's Nails.

I recently spoke with a live agent to request a full refund on two summer games adult passports I bought on Groupon for AMF Bowling Lanes. Each pass cost $58.50, totaling $[redacted]. These passes were supposed to provide me with free bowling shoes and 3 games every day from May to September 2, [redacted]. When I went to use the passes at my local AMF Bowling Alley, they were not in their system. The staff advised me to seek a refund through Groupon. The initial agent I spoke with assured me of a full refund to my PayPal account for the unused vouchers, but I only received a credit for $17. I am confused and frustrated by the discrepancy in the refund amount.

Good morning, I bought two tickets via Groupon with Order Number [redacted] for $20.00 each. Recently, I received an email saying my order was canceled due to payment information issues. However, my payment details were accurate, and the charge is reflected on my statement. The Smoothie King Center suggested they could fix this, but they mentioned it's Groupon's responsibility since they advertised the event at that price, and the purchase went through. There are still tickets available at a higher price, so the show isn't sold out. I'm hoping Groupon will honor the offer for consistency and customer loyalty. Thank you for promptly addressing this as the event is tomorrow.

I would prefer to discuss this matter over the phone. After typing out my complaint, I accidentally lost it when trying to submit it. On August 30th, I visited your Groupon website and purchased a blanket. I usually avoid online shopping, and this experience has solidified my decision. I was unable to navigate away from your site after my purchase, leading to frustration. I request a refund of $[redacted].59, as I was charged for additional items totaling this amount. I only intended to buy one blanket which I no longer wish to receive. Kindly return the funds to my account. Please contact me at [redacted] (home) or [redacted] (cell) as I cannot locate a contact number for live assistance on your website. Sincerely, Wanda G.

Regarding my recent Banff Gondola Groupon purchase, I noticed a pricing error shortly after buying it. Despite reaching out twice to customer support requesting a call back from a supervisor, I never received one to address the issue of false advertising. The deal's description was unclear, with options for adults, kids (6-15), and infants, implying different pricing. The offer did not state a specific price per person but instead said "starting from." I was hoping for a resolution but none of the representatives could provide one. I plan to involve my bank and the Better Business Bureau in this matter. Please contact me at [redacted] if a solution can be reached. The email address provided on my invoice, [redacted], seems to be invalid, making it difficult to reach out for help promptly.

On August 30th in the morning, I purchased 2 tickets for Fun Spot in Orlando, Florida for my daughter's 13th birthday. Upon arrival at 10:30-11:00 am, I couldn't access the tickets on my voucher due to the Groupon site being down for maintenance. After waiting 20 minutes and failing to retrieve the tickets with new codes, I had to buy new passes for $94 out of pocket, which was frustrating. When the vouchers became available later, I tried to get a refund at the ticket window, only to be directed to contact Groupon for the refund. Despite two emails from Groupon attempting to charge my account again, thankfully, the transaction was declined. I’m requesting a refund of $90 for the tickets I had to purchase separately. Thank you for your assistance.
