Hello! I tried to buy * tickets to see Chris Brown this morning. And after I made my purchase, saw my groupons and saw the concert listed, I logged off. A few minutes after I get an email saying there’s been an issue with my payment. So I rush to order them again because I do not want to miss this. And tickets on all other concert ticket websites are going up and up in prices. So I tried to purchase again and this pop up kept showing up on my phone saying oops there’s been an issue with the site. Again, I do not want to miss this so I continued to try. I tried on my laptop and the same message in a white little box telling me oops there’s been an issue with the site. Nothing was ever confirmed. So I tried again on my phone and I was able to complete my purchase. But I’m waiting to see if it pops up under my groupons list, which I wasn’t seeing pop up and made me nervous because I’m trying to save some money on your site that they’re selling out through out the other sites.. my issue is, I see the first ordered that had an issue with my card and it says refunded at the bottom.. but there’s * tickets under my groupons. I didn’t authorize *, I have been trying to purchase *. I don’t know if I have them for sure or not. Because I’m scared there’s going to be another issue with my card. I know there’s money, so there shouldn’t be any problems with that. And I do not want * tickets, I just want *. I’ve been trying to reach someone on the phone and I’ve tried different numbers and no luck. I just want to make sure that I do have my * tickets secured and that I was not over charged. I do not need * tickets. I just need *. I did not authorize for the order to be duplicated. I just want to make sure I got my * tickets and I did not get over charged. Please let me know!! I do not want to miss out this event.
