I contacted you and you replied . but never replied back i rewritting again and would like an answer please. i do deserve my money. i will go to small claims court bc of the service and false . advertisement and everything else i am writting again below to remind you of my situation.I was trying to find a nice place to get the right services I needed and I felt I researched it well. after I went down to the place and remind you she had me down for the wrong time and told me she did speak to me. oh, she did after I emailed her a huge email specifying no one answers the phone. I would never let her touch me. ... false advertisement. my purchase says redeemed and used on June *th. I was home both days. June *th I canceled in enough time my other appointment was scheduled for June *th at * and when I went she said * and it said it used on June *. they never call back. had me down for the wrong time. the place was in a horrible area. I don't think the lady was licensed to do facials and things. the place was scary. you can fix the problem by checking this place out and getting it inspected as well as the lady.
