To whom it may concern,*I’ve been with Groupon for several years now and never had an issue like I have now.*I bought a ** minutes massage Groupon. I made an appointment * weeks ago, the vendor called to cancel my appointment due to masseuse shortages. The owner said she will call me sometime in a week, I waited for a week and a half and still no phone calls. I then called this morning to try to make the appointment, the owner stated she does not have any masseuse available. She told me to contact Groupon for a refund. *Please refund my money back to my credit card or via check. Or have someone contact me for more information.
