Buy voucher tickets on Groupon to save money prior to entering and dining at the Bacchanal buffet. ... Hello, we were at the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace. We had terrible customer service with one of the workers, so we spoke with the manager Samantha and she told our group of * that Groupon would be able to refund us our money from this experience. The other * were done on a separate transaction, whereas I still have not redeemed my voucher and am asking for a full refund please. The voucher is still on my account, and as a customer of the buffet, Samantha said she could not give our money back on her end, but for us to contact Groupon services in order to let you know that for us to receive better customer service, we can be fully refunded the amount spent on * voucher passes for this buffet.
This was frustrating because we were ready to eat, but we had experienced rude service from an employee working at the cash register assuming that we were in the wrong line since we should have known Groupon passes make us VIP as well as her yelling at us when we were simply unaware and asking basic questions.
Groupon could help with this problem by calling Bacchanal buffet, speaking to Samantha about this incident, and refunding the money that we were promised.
We were new, and we had high expectations for the food and service here. Besides Grace at the register, we had excellent service from the manager Samantha as well as exceptional food.
