Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased a voucher for a tour to Thailand last night for October *st for $***. I wanted to purchase two, one for me and one for my friend going with me. When I went to purchase two, it said I could only purchase one at that time so I did, thinking I could go back through and purchase her voucher seperately. I went back through immediately after redeeming my voucher to purchase hers, and the date I purchased it for was sold out so I could not purchase hers. I do not want to go alone, and I want to change my purchase to a later date for $*,*** so that I can go with my friend. I did not realize I was purchasing the last voucher for October *st. I was told on a live chat to call affordable world and see what I can do, so I did. Affordable world said I have not fully booked the trip yet and that Groupon should allow me to change the dates and the purchase. Am I able to do that?
