The issue in GetHuman-juliekym's own words
I had * silk blonde pamper packages one for ** minutes and one I gave my daughter for ** minutes. When we rang to book for the packages they told us we could book after the voucher had expired and there would be no problem even though it hadn’t expired. So now they have rung us saying the girl has left the business doing that service and said that you would refund the vouchers as you were fully aware that they were telling people they were honoring the service outside the expiry date. For some weird reason the two vouchers are saying we have used them on specific dates and times when we haven’t used them at all. I was booked to go on the **th November at *.**pm but had a bad fall and hit my head on the basin in the bathroom when I fell. I rang them and how I had injured myself quite badly and they said it’s okay just ring back when you’re better and rebook which I did and they said that she was on holidays and to ring back when she came back and in actual effect she had left the business. I spoke to her about it and she said that Groupon were aware they were telling people to get the massage after the due date and that Groupon would honor the refund to me and my daughter as hers was booked for a date which now she can’t use. I think they were putting it the dates we rang to book and that’s why ut’s Showing we used the voucher when in fact we haven’t and we’re told don’t worry you can use after expiry no problem at all.
