I purchased a Groupon on November **, **** for a sams club membership for my son. I included this in the information also provided his email address to send the Groupon to him. **He never received the email.*Upon checking further into this I myself was unable to redeem the Groupon bc I already have a membership.**I never had an option to redeem voucher to get a redemption code.**I have tried several days to live chat with someone but this option is not available on your website.**Could you please correct the purchased Groupon so that we can redeem it and the rewards that went along with it.**I am sending pictures as well of the purchase information as well as the error code.**Thanks **Laurie Clark*M*****@***.com***Sent from my iPad
