Customer service, I am asking that you PLEASE assist me. I had a horrible experience with Printerpix. Representative on the phone who spoke to me was extremely rude! I work for the Walt Disney Company and I would never ever speak to a customer the way this “Gentleman” spoke to me! I paid Groupon $**.** for ** Christmas photo cards. Redeemed my voucher, added cards into my cart and submitted my order. Email confirmation from Printerpix showed total order was ONE card. I called printerpix and man started treating me like a I was incompetent. I completely understand how to add items into my cart. He said there’s no way there is a glitch on their website so “don’t even try that excuse on him” I explained that all I want is the ** cards I paid for nothing more. He said “well you didn’t double check and now you just paid *.** to ship one card” and he thought that was funny. Like I’m a stupid woman is the basically feeling I got. I am beyond upset. When my husband walked in from work I put him on the phone because I was about ready to cry from*The stress of “Christmas Card shopping” and he told my husband to simply ask Groupon for another voucher code! He told me - literally spoke over me and said there’s nothing he can do but when I put a man in the phone he said ask Groupon for a new voucher code. So I’m asking for someone in customer service land to please reach out to me and assist. My name Jen Bogucki and my Groupon order number is ********** my husband and I both use Groupon and I’m asking to please rectify this by either sending me a new code or refunding my money or*Give me a groupon credit or something because I am so upset I feel like customer service is non existent and nobody really cares what the customer has to say. This is beyond ridiculous. Now I’m getting email*Invoices from printerpix saying I owe an additional $*.**. FOR WHAT?! I have not ordered and will never order from them ever again and as we know I’ve already foolishly paid $*.** to ship ONE Christmas card. I feel this has become harassment. I want my money refunded I don’t want to deal with printerpix ever again
