I purchased a voucher from Modern Body Center in Roseville, CA, but when I arrived for my appointment, the office was closed. After contacting the number on the voucher, I was informed by Alexandra that the company had unexpectedly closed. She offered to provide waxing services at her in-home office in Fair Oaks, CA. However, when I tried to schedule an appointment, I was told there were no available slots before my voucher expired. The staff member I spoke with, potentially Alexandra using her personal cell phone, advised me to mark the voucher as redeemed and send her a screenshot. After doing so, I was able to secure an appointment on 11/29/[redacted]. It seems that the company is no longer operating, despite there being two vouchers still advertised for sale on your platform.

I purchased an Apple MacBook Pro 13" from Groupon during a doorbuster deal for $[redacted], advertised as a new or late model compared to the regular price of $1,[redacted]. I have recently noticed a $60 charge on my Visa card for a music studio purchase on 8/8/18, which I did not make. Despite informing my credit card company and them investigating the issue with Groupon, the charge was reinstated on my bill. While I have only made one purchase from Groupon in May [redacted], I may have accidentally added this item to my cart while browsing. I received Groupon Bucks instead of a cash refund. I returned an item expecting a refund but was given Groupon Bucks instead. I also have another item to return, but it seems like Groupon is delaying the process. I want the $[redacted].00 refund for the first item and the $81.00 refund for the second item to be credited back to my debit card.

I bought a Groupon for Hampton Body Werks a few months ago, but I'm having trouble booking an appointment. I've left several voicemails and tried to schedule a couples massage on their website, but there is never any availability. They haven't returned any of my calls. As a busy nurse, I don't have time to keep checking for open slots that rarely appear on their calendar. I purchased this deal to relax and surprise my partner, but it's been more stressful trying to book it. I've had no luck finding a slot before my voucher expires on February 1. I bought two air duct cleaning vouchers. The technician mentioned extra issues that we had to pay additional costs for besides using the vouchers. He wanted over $[redacted] on the spot in addition to what we already paid. I asked if he could check our second unit, but he refused, assuming there would be issues. I was misled about the true value of PetCare rx with code Z3AFRUTE and Groupon # LG-PG-42-SLVJ-RSV6-GMZS. I have found much better deals on different websites and have been attempting for days to navigate your website for a refund, but it isn't working. The frustration this has caused me is immeasurable! Hello. I bought a Groupon deal for a hot stone massage priced at $45.00. I carefully followed the instructions from Groupon, scheduled my appointment, and arrived on time for my noon appointment today. Unfortunately, there was no staff available to provide the service. Despite showing them my purchase confirmation, I was asked to wait for up to 30 minutes. After that time passed, they informed me that they couldn't proceed without a specific code, disregarding the documents I presented. The order number is 1[redacted]76-[redacted]. Even after waiting for 45 minutes, they refused to honor the Groupon. I paid $45.00 for this deal, please process a refund promptly.

I bought a photo shoot package through Groupon for my Hawaii vacation, but I had trouble scheduling with Cardinal Creations. They did not respond to my calls, so I had to buy another Groupon for a different experience. I am now looking to exchange my expired Groupon for credit since I won't be visiting Hawaii soon. I purchased two Groupons for carpet cleaning from California Coast Services, totaling $78 ($39 each). One Groupon was for my home with two small bedrooms with one-year-old carpet, and the other for a vacant rental condo. The company sent an "appraiser" beforehand who suggested deep cleaning at an extra $30 per room. Despite opting for it, the deep cleaning seemed to be merely applying more pressure to tackle spots. Feeling like it was a ripoff, I cancelled the condo cleaning since the relatively clean carpets didn't justify the cost. Although I paid $60 for my home, I found the experience to be a bait-and-switch. They claim they have no record of my order. I need Groupon to resend my redemption code, as the company can't assist me. This is my third attempt to contact you. The Groupon was purchased on December 2nd, and the payment has gone through. I can't get a response from your company despite trying through chats and emails.
I am getting frustrated as I cannot speak to a live person. I just need my redemption code and a response from Groupon. Please resolve this promptly; I have been waiting 2 days for a reply. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

I bought a Groupon on November 16, [redacted] for a Sam's Club membership for my son. I provided his email address for sending the Groupon. However, he did not receive the email. When I tried to redeem it myself, I couldn't because I already have a membership. I didn't see an option to get a redemption code. I received the wrong item today. I thought I was getting an HP Stream with a Windows operating system, but I received an HP Chromebook instead. This won't work for my needs, as I require a Windows computer for work. I'm frustrated because I specifically searched for a Windows computer since I already have a Chromebook that I can't use for work. I purchased 2 silk blonde pamper packages, one for a 90-minute session and one I gifted to my daughter for 60 minutes. When we contacted the spa to book the sessions, they assured us we could schedule them even after the vouchers expired. Now, they have contacted us stating that the therapist offering the service has left, and they claimed they would refund the vouchers since they were aware of allowing bookings beyond the expiry date. Strangely, the vouchers indicate specific dates and times of usage, which we didn't use at all. I had an appointment for November 15th at 1:30 pm, but due to an accident, I couldn't make it and had to reschedule, only to find out later that the therapist had left. After speaking to her, she mentioned that Groupon was aware of the situation and promised refunds for both mine and my daughter's unused sessions. It seems like the spa incorrectly marked the voucher usage dates, causing confusion.
