To Whom it May Concern,**I've tried numerous times to contact your company on several groupons I purchased and now I'm not able to redeem. It's like my messages go into a black hole and no one response. This is my FOURTH message about Tropicana Auto Spa Groupon. You just sent me an extension on the groupon. You're company is really out of touch! I tried to redeem this voucher about a month ago, and the business is out of business. You can't redeem the groupon, there's no business to honor the groupon. I'd like me money put back in my account. **I have two other groupons which I've tried to redeem, and I contacted your company close to ten times on them, which I tried to start to get my money back within days of purchases them, and I still haven't received a response from your company. The first one is for "My Salon" for $**. The female the groupon said to contact said she is not honoring the groupon deals. This was within two weeks of the groupon being aired, and groupon continued to sell it even though the person wasn't honoring the deal. The second one was "tresses by Marie for $**.** and she said she wasn't honoring the groupon, but would give me the price if I went to her salon, but I'd have to pay the $**.** directly to her. What kind of scam is your company running? **Your company track record has been terrible over the past year. I also purchased two "number * escape room" groupons and two "Wildfire bowling" groupons. I don't want to go to those locations and have the same issues I've had with the past few groupons I've purchased. Please refund what I paid for those groupons as well. **I've bought groupons for years and the last two years it seems your company is not doing their due diligence to the customer. Your company should ensure what you are posting will be honored by the company. If not, you're responsible. I'd like my money refunded to me today, and an e-mail with an explanation to why I can't get a response when I send something to your company under your "contact us" information, and why deals your company is advertising are not be honored by the owners of those businesses. ***Dawn McBride**** *** **********@***.com
