Hi,*I would like a refund of the following order ***********. This groupon was for a couples massage. When we arrived at the massage parlor, they immediately scanned the groupon voucher. We waited an extra ** minutes after our scheduled appointment before being helped. When we asked about the wait, no one could answer our question because no one spoke English at this establishment. Then when we were showed to our massage room, we realized there was a loud noise coming from next door. That is because the massage parlor is next door to a laundromat which we were unaware of when purchasing the groupon. We expressed we did not want a massage while loud laundry noises came through the walls. They informed us we could get seperate massages in different rooms , but as this was my anniversary gift, I refused that option. I informed them I did not want the massage and spoke with their manager over the phone named Kimberly and she expressed she would attempt to refund the voucher. She has not done so and instead has given me the run around, saying that Groupon has not gotten back to her. I am reaching out to Griupon to receive my refund as I never received the service. Kimberly expressed she could be reached at ***-***-**** to provide confirmation that we can get our refund back.
