Dear Groupon, *On November *, **** I purchased a groupon voucher from Hot Hands Studio & Spa for a couples massage. Since my purchase I called the place of business on November **rd to make an appointment for Saturday at *:**pm. While on the phone I was instructed by the receptionist to return the voucher because often times the place of business would not honor the voucher. After voicing to the receptionist that I am able to use my Voucher until March **** she proceeded with making my appointment and voiced to me that I would receive a call two hours prior to my appointment time to confirm appointment. On the day of my appointment (November **th at *:**pm) I never received a call. I called the place of business multiple times and received no answer. The next day I tried calling the place of business multiple times from my phone and received no answer. At this point I decided to call from my husbands phone. Once calling from my husband phone I received an answer immediately. I spoke with Alexis and voice to her my concerns, she voiced to me that there were no record of my appointment and the next available slot is on December **rd at *:**AM, which I agreed to book. In addition, she mentioned I would receive a confirmation email, I never received one! However, I did receive an email requesting a customer review and stating that the Voucher was already redeemed when I never stepped foot in that place therefore, I never received a massage. With that said, I am requesting a full refund of my money. This place is obviously a scam. Can someone from Groupon please give me a call at your earliest convenience my number is (***-***-****) and my name is Nastasia McDonald. Also, I’ve tried calling this place from both my phone and husband phone and we’re being directed to their voicemail. Please give me a call. Thanks in advance.
