Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-eigram will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-eigram later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
I followed your directions exactly. All my gift cards are missing (Maybe another name for them now). I used to be able to log in and use my pre purchased e-cards to buy anything on their site. Now I can not even find them. I was on chat for awhile but the person did not understand what is missing. Finally the person closed CHAT. I was not rude, I even said, "I really appreciate your help." I am older so it does take me longer to type*respond and I did explain that. I received an email from that person (Please forgive me, the name did not readily disclose the gender (He*She). I do not mean to sound disrespectful, I just do not know if it was a man or woman. It is really not important, just explaining. The person was businesslike and sympathetic, but unable to help me find the missing vouchers. They were easily found before the site was redesigned. I really wish to use my vouchers as it is a considerable amount of money I spent. Not on services, but on discount vouchers. Please refer me to someone who will know how to solve this problem.
