I have an order from Groupon that says it was sent via FedEx, arrived by USPS *****. I did not receive it. I got the tracking info off groupon and went on fedex live support, although it was not a human. I went through all the steps and was told the following:**The shipper of your package selected FedEx SmartPost* as the service type for your package. FedEx SmartPost uses the U.S. Postal Service to make the final delivery.**The package should have been left where your packages are normally delivered by your postal carrier.**Smart Post*The tracking number that you entered is for a FedEx Smart Post shipment. Only the company that shipped you this package can file a claim on it, and the claim cannot be submitted online. Please contact the shipper with your claim information.**Since fedex said the shipper had to file the claim, I went back on groupon and tried a million help options and got no help. Could not get through to a person. Please help
