I bought a Groupon for a haircut at Jolie Salon in Blue Bell, PA, but they wouldn't honor it claiming it was too soon since my last visit. I tried Salon [redacted] in Horsham, PA instead but accidentally purchased two haircuts. The haircut I received was nothing like what was described, it was uneven and left my hair flat and messy instead of the promised deep conditioning and bob cut. I am unhappy with the service at Salon [redacted] and want a refund. I had the appointment on October 26, [redacted], and I was advised to contact Groupon for assistance. I placed my order on 26/11, but it has been 9 working days, and the order has not been received. DPD courier was provided with tracking details on 27/11, but the goods have not reached them for delivery. The product is now out of stock on Groupon and even on the merchant's eBay account. I have requested a refund multiple times as I had to purchase a substitute from Argos due to the delay. I would like a refund promptly as the specified delivery period of 7 working days has lapsed. I used the code LG-NBTR-K3SY-G6M4-PMTZ at a vendor today, but they refused to honor the Groupon for the buffet lunch we had. The Groupon did not specify any restrictions, and the offer page even mentions the buffet. We ended up paying full price as they said the Groupon was only valid for dinner or takeout. We also requested the gift card conversion as per the fine print, but the vendor mentioned they do not offer gift cards.
The food quality was decent, but the curries were cold, and the salad seemed like leftovers, despite us being the first customers. Unfortunately, I have B.P.P.V. and struggle with balance in dim light, so I cannot visit after dark. I kindly request guidance on how to proceed with obtaining a refund.

I initially purchased three coupons from the same company. Upon trying to schedule appointments, I was informed I could only use one per year, resulting in two expiring unused. Groupon processed a refund for one, but the appointment linked to that coupon was canceled due to the refund. Despite receiving a voicemail and a confirmation text about the issue, I arrived for my appointment only to have someone else take my spot, leaving me without a massage. I seek refunds for the remaining two unused coupons due to the inconveniences caused. It is disappointing that the company did not make any effort to accommodate or reschedule, especially in a professional setting on 42nd Street in New York City. The experience was disrespectful and unfair, causing me to rearrange my schedule and travel for nothing.

I used a Groupon to book a stay at The Waynesville Inn Golf Resort and Spa from 12/6-9. Due to an impending snowstorm with expected heavy snowfall, I attempted to cancel directly with the inn but was advised to contact Groupon instead. After sending an email, Groupon informed me they left a message with the inn, but upon checking today, my reservation for Paula J. Lamb at The Waynesville Inn Golf Resort and Spa from 12/6-9 with reservation # [redacted] is still active. I kindly request assistance in canceling this reservation. I have been in touch with the inn to notify them of the cancellation. I bought a Groupon for 4 tickets for the Italian Food Tour of New York from Best Tours. Before purchasing, I checked the merchant's site to ensure availability on the only day I could use it - Friday, November 30th. Confirmed, bought the Groupon, but couldn't register for the tour later on the site. Contacted Best Tours, provided my voucher number, and they said they would register for me. On the morning of November 30th, got an email saying there was no tour on that date. Sadly, this was my only available day. I am encountering a significant issue with a certificate purchased from Cloud9 Day Spa in Milford, CT, Cert. #[redacted]2, which includes a facial and massage. Upon redeeming the certificate on Oct. 4, I only received one of the services as the spa had just relocated and was not fully operational. Despite multiple rescheduling attempts for the massage portion, the appointments were canceled last minute both times. Visiting during the business hours showed the spa closed with nobody available. Even on the second appointment, I arrived to find the spa closed again. The owner mentioned the service could be scheduled in the future but has not followed up. It is now mid-December, and I have been unable to receive the outstanding service owed to me. Due to upcoming travel plans, I am unable to continue pursuing the service. I made an inquiry about my glove order #[redacted] and accidentally placed the order due to saved financial info. I promptly canceled the order upon realization. However, I then noticed a similar mistake with order #[redacted] on Sun, Aug 5, [redacted]. This led to a reservation at the Excalibur Hotel & Casino, although I didn't stay there or visit Vegas in [redacted].
I'm seeking a resolution by requesting a refund of $73.16, a groupon credit for the same amount, or an alternative reservation at the Excalibur. I want to rectify this error and obtain the correct financial value for a purchase I was unaware of. To prevent future mishaps, I will remove my card information.

I bought a Groupon for Ultimate Wellness Massage, but I've been struggling to reach them. I've left several voicemails and emails inquiring about their next availability. They only replied with a link to a scheduling page for "Groupon clients," but their first open slot is not until 2 months after the voucher expires. It's frustrating that they've made it so difficult to book an appointment, especially after the deal has expired. They haven't even bothered to call back to update me on their schedule. Surprisingly, they seem to have availability for other services as early as tomorrow, which makes this situation even more disappointing. Since the Groupon expires in January [redacted] and there's zero availability, this experience with the Groupon has been a complete waste of both time and money.

I tried to purchase a $39.99 gift certificate for Omaha Steaks but had issues with the process. I didn't get a chance to apply the TAKE10 discount code or enter my credit card information. Despite this, I received an email confirming my purchase and saw that my credit card had been charged without authorization. The follow-up email indicated that the coupon was redeemed, but I never did so. I am now unable to reach Customer Service for assistance. I no longer want the Groupon due to these problems. Hello, I bought a couples massage deal on Groupon for One Touch Healing Hands in Atlanta, GA. Even though we paid $79.00 on 10/20/18, we've had trouble booking it. We've left 9 voicemails with no response, and when we finally got through on 11/14, the earliest appointment they had was in the middle of December. After discussing, I called back to schedule, but got no answer after calling multiple times. I tried reaching out to Groupon for help, and they suggested I keep trying. Even after persistent calling, we only managed to book an appointment on 12/29, which is too late for my birthday. I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism and care at One Touch Healing Hands. I just want a refund now.

While trying to purchase the "Five personalized wall calendars for $19.99" deal on the Groupon website, I encountered an issue. I applied the promotional code: TAKE10 for a $10 discount but was prompted to add the cvc number for my payment method. I was given a Groupon for 3 hours of massages from Res Relaxation by my sister. I made appointments on their website in October, but received an email stating their website was not functioning correctly and they were fully booked until December. I decided to proceed and scheduled an appointment through email for Friday, December 7th. I have multiple massage Groupons that I am unable to redeem:
1. Happy Massage in Bakersfield, CA doesn't accept Groupons and only takes cash due to a language barrier. The total needing a refund should be three.
2. Sunjet Massage in Carson, CA couldn't be found yesterday, and the Groupon was marked as used on 11.30, which is incorrect. Please refund as the location seems to be in Downey, CA, which is too far for me.
3. Another Groupon was bought for a Bakersfield, CA location, but they mention I can only use one per customer and won't accept a second. I missed this in the fine print and would like a refund to explore other similar first-time customer offers.
I've requested this urgently weeks ago but have yet to receive a response.

I purchased a Groupon deal for six hours of cleaning services from Dapper Maids for my four-bedroom house. Yesterday, the maid arrived as scheduled at 12:30. After showing her around the house, pointing out the cleaning tasks, I left for work, expecting her to finish by 6:30. To my surprise, when I returned at 6:00, I found that she had left without completing much cleaning. Only two beds were made, and part of one bathroom was cleaned, which should only have taken half an hour to 45 minutes. None of the downstairs area was touched, and there was no vacuuming or mopping done throughout the house. I later discovered that Dapper Maids is not a genuine cleaning service but a platform for independent contractors to join. The actual service provider is Sparkle Clean of Atlanta, and the maid assigned to me was Lakisha. Despite my attempts to contact the company, there has been no response. There seems to be a connection between Dapper Maids, Homeaglow, and Sparkle Clean, but it's unclear. I feel cheated out of $[redacted] with Groupon possibly being used to deceive customers. I refuse to accept this situation and seek resolution.

I recently made a purchase on Groupon for a Kid Arcade claw game and a kids cash register. However, upon receiving my package on 12/4/18, I discovered that I had received dog waste bags instead of the items I ordered. Despite contacting customer service and providing all necessary information, I have not received a satisfactory resolution yet. The Kid Arcade claw game was marked as delivered, but I only received the incorrect product. I am still waiting for the kids cash register, which is supposedly in transit.
