Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-ritalmac's own words
I ordered * course dinner for two at Dark Table in Kitsilano BC*I tried immediately to cancel it because it was supposed to be a gift not to come to me. In order to stop it from going through my account I withdrew cash from my account. *I then received a message from groupon that they would keep trying that account. After * days without any further notices from groupon I re-ordered it using my mastercard*via paypal.*This order was confirmed ok and went through.*I received my paycheck into my account and then what did they do?,,,groupon took the money out of my account again.*I was debited on my account twice *I did not receive any notice that i was to pick up my voucher after the second debit...nor would i want it as i said i had already purchased one.*See my account info below*Oct **, *****Point of Sale - Visa Debit VISA DEBIT RETAIL PURCHASE GROUPON CANADA *************$**.***Not applicable*$*.***Oct **, *****Point of Sale - Visa Debit VISA DEBIT PURCHASE REVERSAL GROUPON CANADA *************Not applicable*$**.***$**.***Oct **, *****Point of Sale - Visa Debit VISA DEBIT RETAIL PURCHASE GROUPON CANADA *************$**.***Not applicable*$*.***I want this second debit to my account reversed...I have already talked to my bank about this.*(of course i am keeping the one i purchsed with my mastercard)**Please confirm receipt of this and advise
