We purchased a comforter set on ****** Transaction ID **AD*****S*******J We did not receive the merchandise for approx. *wks. My mother ordered the same item. We were not impressed with the quality of the product and never opened our box. We have had several family emergencies in the last couple months and have not been able to return this product but we need to and get a refund. Unfortunately not being able to talk to someone has made this very difficult. Can you let us know how we can get a return label to send the merchandise back and receive a refund. The only reason my mother kept hers was because she had company coming and did not have time to order something else. She was going to return hers also. The dust ruffle shredded when she washed the comforter.
