I made a booking through your booking section and received confirmation of the booking stating the time and date which was correct. My wife and I then traveled a long way to the pub*restaurant . On our arrival we were told by the staff that the restaurant was closed as they have a dj on from *.** on a Saturday, our booking was for *pm . They apologised and said that groupon should not be taking bookings for Saturday night as they have informed them they are closed . My wife and I were very disappointed and drove home . It was a total waste of time , can you pls advise me on how to put a complaint in to groupon please regarding this . We use your vouchers all the time but find this unacceptable. **Thanks mick
