Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

To Customer Support: **Yesterday, my sister and I bought * tickets (one for each) to visit Universal Studios Hollywood. When we were trying to scan the tickets on our way in, they were denied. We ended up having to buy brand new tickets at the gates. We want our money back since the tickets you sold us were invalid. **The tickets we bought is called “one-day Go Los Angeles Card for one Adult (Ages ***)” (one for each). I carefully read the information on these tickets, and It said very clearly that Universal Studios Hollywood was included. It turned out, however, that they were not.
