The issue in GetHuman-joyusapo's own words
I bought $** worth of AMC show credits for $** - went to show and it was a mess.**Could not find my reservation for the seat I "reserved online", manager gave me hard time about it (did not care for the way the staff treated) made me wait and almost missed the movie: Michael Moore's new movie "Fahrenheit ****" premiering in Tucson, AZ.**Very much wanted to see it - it has been probably ** years since my wife have been to a movie, they are worse than they use to be.**That is unless you like (**) commercials (back-to-back) before the show starts, previews that have the sound KRANKED UP TO MAX and recliner seats that do not work easily with no instructions on how to use them!**I am sure it will be another ** years or more before I go to AMC or any other theater to watch a movie.**Very disappointed and unpleasant experience - the manager as much as accused me of lying.
