Hi: I recently bought a groupon as a gift of a massage for my son at Beyond Chiropractic when he visited from Boston. Unfortunately he changed the date of his visit and as a result I was unable to use the groupon on time. I'm ** years old and paid $** for it. Calling Beyond Chiropractic, they told me that they would be happy to honor the groupon but that you had to approve an extension. I do hope you will believe this is fair, because they told me they would receive nothing of the $** but that you would keep it! I am ** years old and cannot afford to pay $** for this massage. I'm hoping that you will either issue a refund or that you will extend the date through the **st of October, when his visit will be over. I have bought MANY groupons and have lost the value of quite a few, but have never asked for any other consideration. I'm looking forward to buying others but will be forced to hesitate...
