Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I would like my money back from my unused purchase of a seven day Park Plus JFK parking reservation. I showed up on the morning of my trip and was shocked when they stated that they didn’t have a reservation in my name. Furthermore they had no room on the lot to accommodate my car. I know I made the reservation the same day I bought the Groupon. They refused to fix the situation so I had to scramble early in the morning on he way to vacation with my family. Luckily I found a spot at Jiffy!! Very happy with the service and quality of the facility at Jiffy. I’ve read many negative reviews about Park Plus since then and think you should drop them from your list.* - I would like a full refund from my Park Plus purchase.
GetHuman-jjamuso did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
