My wife, Helen S. Kanter (a long time customer) was browsing on the Groupon site and located an item (patio furniture set) that she wanted to consider purchasing* moved into cart, pending further searching and discussion with me and others re: the set. She had to leave before making any purchase and closed out of the website program without purchasing anything (it may be relevant that her credit card has been provided to Groupon for present and future purchases). Approximately * days later, we began receiving large boxes of patio furniture NOT PURCHASED, with approximately * large*heavy boxes unopened, sitting in our foyer. This non-purchase needs to be corrected and the goods shipped back to the source, or elsewhere, for similar circumstances.
GetHuman-amkanter did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
