I bought a Groupon for my husband for the Naperville Center for Health and Wellness and paid $**, **% off a Chiropractic Package in Jan, ****. It expired *** days after purchase. My husband called multiple times trying to find a time to come in that would work with his work schedule. He is a cement finisher and works long hours at times. They were very rigid with their scheduling, and he gave up. I pulled it up today and told him he should call and at least get a massage or something for the $**. He called and they told him that wasn't possible. He would have to have x-rays, meet with the doctor for an exam and an adjustment, before he could even schedule a message. That would be hundreds of dollars. He is already under the care of a different chiropractor, and he told them this. They refused to let him use his $** for anything other than toward the full chiropractic package we originally bought. Can I please have a credit for the $**? I am a good customer of Groupon, and I know the policy is that you can use the expired Groupon for the amount you paid for it. Thank you.
