I bought a Groupon deal for real estate classes on April 19, [redacted]. However, the promo code provided doesn't work when trying to book the classes on their website. I've tried multiple times to reach out to the company without any success. Despite emailing for help, I have not received any responses. Even after speaking to the owner, Merrick Damon, and being instructed to contact Jessica, there has been no reply. His mother mentioned that either Jessica or Merrick would reach out, but that hasn't happened either. Today, Merrick claimed he wasn't aware of the promotion and needed to speak to Groupon. Now, he is disputing my payment and not responding to my refund request. Initially, I simply wanted to confirm my class schedule, but the poor customer service and lack of honoring the promotion has made me reconsider doing business with them. It's disappointing that a company providing real estate class prep can be so unprofessional. I am requesting a refund either through Groupon or by Groupon reaching out to the company.

I recently booked a voucher for Cristina PeluquerĂa in Barcelona and unfortunately had a terrible experience. This is the first time I've encountered issues with Groupon. Upon arrival, I was not greeted and had to wait over 20 minutes without any acknowledgment. When I inquired about the wait time, I was informed that I would have to wait an additional hour because the stylist had other customers to attend to. Despite booking a week in advance and setting aside my afternoon for this appointment, I experienced over a 2-hour delay, which was very disappointing. The salon was not up to standard, appearing dirty and cramped compared to the website's pictures. I did not feel comfortable staying in such conditions. 1. I tried contacting Stix-n-tones three times to schedule an appointment, but received no response. The promotional offer I was interested in has now expired, and I would like a refund. I find this lack of response disrespectful and question if this is a scam.
2. I have been unable to access any Groupon offers as nothing happens when I click on "buy now" or the picture/title of the offer. Can anyone explain what is happening?
3. I encountered issues trying to send information through Groupon.com as it would not accept my email address. The message indicated they would not accept communication from me. After being a customer for 15 years, I am disappointed by this lack of acceptance and miss the personalized customer service provided over the phone.

I purchased a Groupon for Diamond Back Massage in Belleville, NJ, and I was surprised to learn there is an expiration date. After contacting them multiple times, I was informed that I must tip $20 before receiving the massage. While on our honeymoon in Dublin, Ireland, my spouse and I booked a spa treatment. Initially unable to secure the desired appointment, we eventually agreed to visit on the day of our return flight to the US. However, the spa contacted us the night before, requesting an earlier time due to a double booking. We obliged, planning accordingly for our airport departure. On the day of the appointment, we arrived promptly but found the spa empty. Upon calling, we were informed that due to lack of response from us, they assumed we wouldn't show up. Despite explaining our flight schedule, they insisted on rescheduling.

I would like to address my recent accidental purchase of a Groupon for "Boston Phone Guys."
I mistakenly ordered this deal and have been trying to cancel it through various means, including contacting customer service. Unfortunately, I do not have a phone that would benefit from this service, making the purchase unnecessary.

I have reached out via email, chat, and phone call multiple times but have not had my issue resolved. I urgently need order # [redacted] to be canceled as it is a duplicate order that I did not request. Despite being reassured by Groupon customer support that it was safe to pay via PayPal for the initial order that was denied by my bank, I was unexpectedly charged for a second mattress with the same order number. I promptly informed customer support within two hours, but the situation has not been rectified. We purchased tickets for Captain John Boats Whale Watching in Provincetown, MA. The voucher instructed us to show up at 12 pm with the Groupon voucher. However, when we called the company at 9 am, they informed us that we needed to enter the voucher number on their website to redeem the actual tickets. The issue arose when we discovered the codes given by Groupon contained both letters and numbers, whereas the company only accepted codes with letters.
Despite our efforts to resolve the issue, contacting the company multiple times, we were unable to obtain the correct code or reserve our seats before the 9:30 am boarding time. Unaware of the early boarding time and seat reservation requirement, we could not make it in time for the whale watching tour scheduled for July 19. As we were only in Cape Cod for a brief visit, we had to cancel our plans and are seeking a refund. Thank you for your assistance.

I have reached out to customer service multiple times regarding my purchases but have not received any responses. I even had a chat with a customer service representative who was unable to address my concerns about my subscription to the Baltimore Sun and the Capital Gazette, each costing $21.00. I never received any communication from either publication. Since I am moving to a new location where they do not deliver, I ordered an H.G.T.V magazine for $10.00, hoping to exchange it as my newspaper subscriptions had lapsed. I bought a Groupon a few days ago for modern leather goods. I attempted to get a refund shortly after, as I learned upon arrival that the Groupon was only valid for bags, not boots as I had thought. Subsequently, I may have accidentally processed a trade-in request. Today, after seeing the Groupon for boots that I had initially missed, I repurchased it. I was informed by a different staff member today that the Groupon is intended for shoes, not purses, and I used the one purchased this morning. I purchased a voucher for a Brazilian Blowout at Hair by Maxine. I had an appointment scheduled for 7/19/[redacted] at 2:45. Unfortunately, I ran into traffic and was late. After calling Maxine to explain, she initially said it was fine, but then texted me to reschedule when I was arriving. I purchased five registrations today for the 5K event on August 18 - Terrain Racing. My intention was to utilize one of the Groupons for my 10-year-old nephew, as the website indicates kids aged 7 and above can participate. However, I later discovered on the website that children must race alongside a parent. "Kids aged 7-13 must have a parent accompany them on the 5K course, and the parent must purchase a regular 5K entry." Since I am not the parent, my nephew is ineligible to race. Hello, I am in need of the Groupon booking number for a recent purchase I made. I bought a hotel room for my husband and son using my Paypal account, but now my name appears on the reservation. The hotel is requiring a booking number for any changes to be made. If I had known my name would show up and that assistance would be limited, I wouldn't have made the purchase. I've been trying to correct this since yesterday, and the Groupon only just populated in the Sheraton hotel system today. Please let me know what information you require to assist me.
